Position Overview
We are seeking a hands-on Production Supervisor with a strong leadership presence and a commitment to employee development, safety, quality, and operational excellence. This individual will be responsible for leading production teams, driving daily performance, and ensuring production goals are achieved safely and efficiently.

Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Systems Analyst with experience supporting industrial control systems, automation equipment, and manufacturing operations. This role works closely with Operations, Quality Control, and Maintenance teams to troubleshoot and support PLCs, motion controls, robotics, vision systems, and electrical equipment in a food production environment. The ideal candidate has strong analytical problem-solving skills, electrical troubleshooting experience, and hands-on knowledge of industrial automation systems.
Key Responsibilities:
• Troubleshoot and support manufacturing line automation systems and production equipment
• Diagnose electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and networking issues
• Work with PLCs, HMIs, motion controls, robotics, and vision systems
• Read and interpret electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and network diagrams
• Perform inspections and preventative maintenance on electrical and control systems
• Repair, replace, install, and commission automation components and equipment
• Support startup and installation of new production equipment
• Perform testing and calibration of process control instrumentation
• Assist maintenance teams in diagnosing line-down situations and fault conditions
• Troubleshoot electrical systems ranging from 24VDC to 480VAC using meters and testing equipment
• Conduct root cause analysis and recommend corrective actions and system improvements
• Maintain documentation, technical requirements, and maintenance records
• Follow all food safety, GMP, OSHA, NEC, and company safety procedures
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
Skills and Qualifications:
• Previous experience supporting industrial automation or manufacturing control systems required
• Hands-on PLC troubleshooting experience required (Allen Bradley preferred)
• Strong understanding of electrical theory, controls, and industrial automation systems
• Experience troubleshooting electrical safety circuits and control systems
• Basic understanding of networking concepts including IP addresses, subnets, and gateways
• Ability to interpret electrical, network, pneumatic, and hydraulic schematics
• Knowledge of manufacturing systems including pneumatics, hydraulics, refrigeration, and steam systems preferred
• Strong analytical problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Positive attitude and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
Physical Requirements:
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift throughout the shift
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly
