We are seeking an experienced Industrial Maintenance Technician with a strong background in wood refinery/manufacturing environments. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience maintaining and troubleshooting industrial equipment, including hydraulic and pneumatic systems, while supporting a fast-paced 24/7 manufacturing operation.

Schedule:
This facility operates in a 24/7 manufacturing environment using a rotating 12-hour shift schedule.
Candidates must be flexible and willing to workday or night shifts, including rotating days off.

Week 1
Work: Monday – Tuesday
Off: Wednesday – Thursday
Work: Friday – Sunday
Week 2
Off: Monday – Tuesday
Work: Wednesday – Thursday
Off: Friday – Sunday
Shift Hours:
Day Shift: 6:45 AM – 7:15 PM
Night Shift: 6:45 PM – 7:15 AM
Responsibilities:
Perform preventative and predictive maintenance on industrial manufacturing equipmentTroubleshoot, repair, and maintain hydraulic and pneumatic systemsMaintain and repair wood refinery/manufacturing processing equipmentDiagnose mechanical failures and complete corrective repairs to reduce downtimeRepair and maintain conveyors, pumps, motors, valves, compressors, and production machineryPerform equipment inspections and identify potential issues before failures occurRead and interpret mechanical drawings, blueprints, and schematicsComplete equipment installations, modifications, and repairsMaintain accurate maintenance records and work ordersFollow all OSHA, safety, and lockout/tagout proceduresPartner with production teams to improve equipment reliability and efficiency
Qualifications:
3+ years of industrial maintenance experience in manufacturing, refinery, wood processing, or similar industrial environmentsExperience troubleshooting hydraulic and pneumatic systemsStrong mechanical troubleshooting skillsExperience with motors, pumps, conveyors, and production equipmentElectrical troubleshooting experience preferred (480V experience a plus)Ability to read schematics, blueprints, and technical manualsExperience with preventive maintenance programs and CMMS systems preferredWelding and fabrication experience is a plusStrong safety mindset and ability to work independently
Physical Requirements:

Job Summary:
The Sit-Down Forklift Operator is responsible for the safe and efficient operation of forklifts to move Beverage and other materials within the warehouse.
