Overview FULL TIME 2:30pm-11:30pm We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Production Supervisor to oversee our powder coating manufacturing operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring that production processes run smoothly, efficiently, and in compliance with all safety and quality standards. This role requires strong leadership skills, a thorough understanding of powder coating standards, and the ability to manage a team effectively in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities Supervise daily production activities to ensure adherence to quality standards and production schedules. Train, mentor, and evaluate production staff to enhance their skills and performance. Conduct regular inspections of equipment and processes to identify areas for improvement. Collaborate with other departments to optimize production workflows and resolve any issues that arise. Maintain accurate records of production metrics, including output levels, waste, and downtime. Implement safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment for all employees. Skills Strong knowledge of powder coating techniques and standards. Proficiency in basic math for calculating production metrics and inventory levels. Experience operating forklifts and understanding mechanical systems related to powder coating manufacturing equipment. Excellent communication skills for effective team management and collaboration.
