The Advanced Practice Provider will collaborate closely with OB/GYN physicians and the multidisciplinary care team to deliver comprehensive, compassionate women s healthcare in a busy outpatient clinic. This role supports women through all stages of life from adolescence and pregnancy to menopause and beyond.
• Provide high-quality OB/GYN care in an outpatient setting
• Educate women on preventive care, wellness, and health management
• Manage OB and GYN patients including IUD insertions, perinatal exams, fetal heart tone assessments, cervical exams, and postpartum depression screening and follow-up
• Work alongside OB/GYN physicians in a collaborative, patient-centered environment
• Support continuity of care for patients across all life stages
• Accurately document clinical encounters using EPIC EMR

• Monday Thursday 8:30 AM 5:00 PM
• No weekends No call
• Completion of an accredited Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant program
• Active and unrestricted Indiana license (NP or PA)
