Position Summary
Prosperous Health is seeking a compassionate and experienced Physician Assistant (PA-C) to join our multidisciplinary treatment team at Prosperous Health Lake Hughes, a newly developed 104-bed inpatient behavioral health and substance use disorder treatment campus.
The Physician Assistant will work collaboratively with psychiatrists, psychiatric nurse practitioners, nursing leadership, therapists, and medical providers to provide psychiatric assessments, medication management, patient monitoring, and ongoing clinical support for individuals experiencing mental health disorders, substance use disorders, and co-occurring conditions.
This position offers a unique opportunity to work within a growing behavioral healthcare platform while helping shape clinical excellence across inpatient, outpatient, telehealth, and medical service lines.
Essential Responsibilities
Psychiatric Assessment & Patient Care
Conduct psychiatric and medical assessments under physician supervision as required
Evaluate patients presenting with mental health disorders, substance use disorders, and co-occurring conditions
Assess symptom severity, treatment response, and clinical stability
Participate in treatment planning and multidisciplinary case review
Monitor patient progress throughout treatment
Medication Management
Assist with psychiatric medication management
Monitor medication effectiveness and side effects
Participate in MAT protocols and stabilization programs
Review medication compliance and treatment response
Collaborate with psychiatrists and PMHNPs regarding medication adjustments and treatment recommendations
Medical Support
Evaluate common medical concerns encountered in behavioral healthcare settings
Perform routine medical follow-up assessments
Assist with medical clearances and ongoing health monitoring
Collaborate with nursing staff regarding patient health concerns
Support continuity of care and discharge planning
Documentation & Compliance
Complete timely and accurate clinical documentation
Maintain patient records consistent with organizational and regulatory requirements
Ensure compliance with HIPAA, DHCS requirements, accreditation standards, and organizational policies
Participate in quality improvement initiatives
Required Qualifications
Graduate of an accredited Physician Assistant program
Current California Physician Assistant License in good standing
Current NCCPA Certification
Current DEA Registration (or ability to obtain)
Current BLS Certification
Ability to successfully pass credentialing, background screening, and drug testing requirements

The Psychiatric Nurse (RN) provides direct nursing care, medication administration, client assessments, and ongoing clinical support for individuals receiving treatment in our IOP and PHP programs. Working collaboratively with psychiatrists, nurse practitioners, therapists, case managers, and other members of the multidisciplinary team, the Psychiatric Nurse helps ensure safe, effective, and compassionate care while promoting recovery and overall wellness.
Salary Range: $85,000$130,000 annually (DOE)
Essential Duties and Responsibilities

The Receptionist / Administrative Assistant serves as the first point of contact for clients, visitors, and referral partners while providing administrative support to ensure the efficient day-to-day operation of the office. This role is responsible for greeting clients, answering phones, scheduling appointments, maintaining records, and assisting clinical and administrative staff with various office functions.
Pay Range: $16$30 per hour (DOE)
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Greet clients, visitors, and vendors in a professional and welcoming mannerAnswer and direct incoming phone calls and respond to inquiriesSchedule appointments and assist with client intake and registrationVerify client information and maintain accurate recordsAssist with insurance verification and collection of required documentationMaintain organized electronic and paper filing systemsCoordinate incoming and outgoing mail, deliveries, and office correspondenceMonitor office supplies and place orders as neededSupport therapists, medical providers, and administrative staff with daily administrative tasksMaintain client confidentiality in accordance with HIPAA regulationsKeep reception and common areas clean, organized, and welcomingAssist with data entry, scanning, filing, and document managementPerform other administrative duties as assignedQualifications

Position Summary
Prosperous Health is seeking a compassionate and experienced Physician Assistant (PA-C) to join our multidisciplinary treatment team at Prosperous Health Lake Hughes, a newly developed 104-bed inpatient behavioral health and substance use disorder treatment campus.
The Physician Assistant will work collaboratively with psychiatrists, psychiatric nurse practitioners, nursing leadership, therapists, and medical providers to provide psychiatric assessments, medication management, patient monitoring, and ongoing clinical support for individuals experiencing mental health disorders, substance use disorders, and co-occurring conditions.
This position offers a unique opportunity to work within a growing behavioral healthcare platform while helping shape clinical excellence across inpatient, outpatient, tele-health, and medical service lines.
Essential Responsibilities
Psychiatric Assessment & Patient Care
Conduct psychiatric and medical assessments under physician supervision as required
Evaluate patients presenting with mental health disorders, substance use disorders, and co-occurring conditions
Assess symptom severity, treatment response, and clinical stability
Participate in treatment planning and multidisciplinary case review
Monitor patient progress throughout treatment
Medication Management
Assist with psychiatric medication management
Monitor medication effectiveness and side effects
Participate in MAT protocols and stabilization programs
Review medication compliance and treatment response
Collaborate with psychiatrists and PMHNPs regarding medication adjustments and treatment recommendations
Medical Support
Evaluate common medical concerns encountered in behavioral healthcare settings
Perform routine medical follow-up assessments
Assist with medical clearances and ongoing health monitoring
Collaborate with nursing staff regarding patient health concerns
Support continuity of care and discharge planning
Documentation & Compliance
Complete timely and accurate clinical documentation
Maintain patient records consistent with organizational and regulatory requirements
Ensure compliance with HIPAA, DHCS requirements, accreditation standards, and organizational policies

Required Qualifications

Work Environment
This position is based onsite at a residential property in the Gorman / Lake Hughes area.
The environment is structured, team-oriented, and focused on supporting residents in a safe and respectful setting. The Chef will work closely with operations and program leadership to ensure meal service is consistent, sanitary, and aligned with resident needs.

Position Summary
The Clinical Director provides overall clinical leadership, oversight, and supervision for all behavioral health treatment services within Prosperous Health. This role is responsible for ensuring the delivery of high-quality, evidence-based clinical care across outpatient, Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP), and Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP) levels of care.
