  What You'll Do

  
  

  As a Service Technician, you'll travel between our apartment communities completing maintenance requests, preventative maintenance, apartment turns, and property improvements.

  
  

  No two days are the same.

  
  

  Responsibilities include:

  Complete resident maintenance requestsPlumbing repairsElectrical repairsHVAC troubleshootingDrywall and paintingCarpentryAppliance repairsApartment turnsPreventative maintenanceMaintain company vehicle, tools, and equipmentDeliver outstanding customer serviceParticipate in scheduled on-call rotation

  
  

  What We're Looking For

  
  

  We're looking for someone who enjoys solving problems and takes pride in quality work.

  
  

  Preferred qualifications:

  1–3 years of maintenance experienceApartment, residential, facilities, or construction maintenance experiencePlumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, drywall, or appliance repair skillsEPA or HVAC Certification (preferred, not required)Valid driver's licenseStrong work ethicGreat customer serviceAbility to lift 50 lbs. and work both indoors and outdoors
