  This role is ideal for a self-motivated professional with some sales or recruiting experience. As a Junior Recruiter, you will be responsible for identifying and onboarding real estate agents and sourcing prospective franchisees across the U.S., participating in the full sales cycle, and guiding candidates through the discovery process. 
  
  Key ResponsibilitiesProactively utilize our software, marketing, and platforms to generate candidate leadsPresent the Prospect Equities® agent opportunities to qualified candidatesProactively contact qualified agents through our database selection process and CRM.Conduct initial phone screens with candidates to assess skill and cultural fitPresent qualified candidates to hiring managerUtilize ATS to maintain accurate and up-to-date recruitment and applicant files and proper disposition of candidatesCollaborate with internal teams supporting agent onboarding and sourcingRepresent our Brand through virtual meetings, webinars, and real estate industry eventsManage advertising and job board platforms to ensure a consistent applicant pipelineManage the recruiting lifecycle to include selection, offer and onboarding processResearch and innovate recruiting strategies.Compensation$50,000.00 starting base salaryBonus plan based on recruitment KPI’sNo cap on performance-based earningsFirst Year bonuses should be $35k+ if KPI's are metBenefits/PerksCompetitive base pay plus commissions with no capFull medical benefits after 90 daysHSA - Health Savings accountPaid holidays and time off401(k) company matchingEmployee discountsAdvancement opportunitiesCompany-paid social eventsCompany-paid Life InsuranceWeekly lunch providedQualificationsMinimum Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related fieldThis is a fully on-site position requiring weekday work at our Chicago headquartersStrong communication and relationship-building skillsSelf-starter with the ability to manage a pipeline and work independentlyExperience with CRM and ATS systems is preferredExperience in a real estate environment is preferredComfortable collaborating with diverse, cross-functional teamsProven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with timely follow-throughAdvanced knowledge of Microsoft PowerPoint, Word, and ExcelAbility to learn company software and manage job boards

We are hiring five motivated Leasing Agents in Chicago who are fluent in both English and Mandarin to join the Prospect Equities team.  Whether you're looking to kick-start your real estate career or want a brokerage that actually hands you business, we have the infrastructure to support you.What We Expect From You:
  
  Manage Leads: Responding to inquiries and qualifying prospective tenants.
  
  Property Showings: Take prospective tenants on tours and help them find their next home; it could be time-consuming sometimes.
  
  Close Deals: Navigate the leasing process from application to move-in.
  
  Bridge the Gap: Use your bilingual skills to provide a seamless experience for our Mandarin-speaking clientele.

  Real Leads: We don't just hand you a desk and wish you luck. You’ll start with 2 to 5 high-quality leads per week to get your pipeline moving immediately.
  
  Full Training & Support: No prior leasing experience? No problem. We provide the actual, practical training you need to close deals, navigate contracts, and gain profit.
  
  The Right Sponsorship & Setup: We understand visa and work authorization pathways (OPT, CPT, etc.) and support agents authorized to work in the U.S. You have to be eligible for Sponsorship at least.

  What You Need to Bring
  
  Fluency in Mandarin and English: Essential for communicating effectively with our diverse and active client base.

  Ability to move quickly: You don't need a background in sales, but you do need the grit to follow up on leads and the communication skills to build trust quickly.
