Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day operations of the plumbing division, ensuring top-tier service and job quality.Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of plumbers, fostering a culture of accountability and excellence.Set and track departmental goals, focusing on profitability, customer satisfaction, and growth.Manage project scheduling, resource allocation, and identify areas for operational improvements.Handle budgeting, forecasting, and P&L (Profit and Loss) management to ensure the department's financial success.Collaborate with senior leadership to develop and implement strategies for long-term growth and success.Qualifications
A minimum of 5 years of management experience in the plumbing industry.Proven track record of successfully managing teams and driving results.Contractor's License (preferred but not required).Strong hands-on experience in residential plumbing.Solid understanding of budgeting and P&L management.Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and address challenges efficiently.Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.What We Offer
