    Job DescriptionJob DescriptionWe are committed to ensuring the reliability and safety of our fleet to deliver exceptional service to our customers. As part of our growth, we are seeking a skilled and experienced Diesel Mechanic to join our team in Birmingham, AL.

    Position Overview:

    As a Mobile Diesel Mechanic, you will be responsible for performing maintenance and repairs on heavy-duty diesel-powered commercial vehicles. From routine inspections to complex engine diagnostics and repairs, you will play a vital role in ensuring the safe and efficient operation of our vehicles.

    Responsibilities:

    Diagnose and repair diesel engines, transmissions, brakes, electrical systems, and other components of commercial vehicles and equipment.
    Perform routine maintenance tasks such as oil changes, filter replacements, and fluid checks.
    Conduct thorough inspections to identify any issues or potential problems.
    Use diagnostic tools and equipment to troubleshoot and repair mechanical and electrical issues.
    Follow safety procedures and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment.
    Document all maintenance and repair work accurately and thoroughly.
    Communicate effectively with team members and management regarding the status of repairs and maintenance tasks.
    Adhere to company policies and procedures at all times.

    Qualifications:

    Proven experience as a Diesel Mechanic, preferably in the transportation industry.
    Strong knowledge of diesel engines and related systems.
    Experience with diagnostic tools and equipment.
    Ability to interpret technical manuals and schematics.
    Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
    Excellent communication skills.
    Valid driver's license and clean driving record.

    Compensation & Benefits:

    We Offer Competitive wages, $35 - $45/hr. based on experience.
    Benefits package includes health, dental, vision, PTO, and Paid Holidays, company vehicle to take home and gas card.
    Shift:
    Days, 7:00 AM - 5:00 PM Monday - Friday. Should be flexible to be on an on-call rotation.How to Apply:

    Job DescriptionJob DescriptionWe are seeking a Mobile Diesel Technician to perform mobile repairs in the Birmingham, AL area. Ideally we would like someone with at least 1 year experience performing preventative maintenance and tire repairs on class 7 & 8 diesel trucks.

    Requirement:
    Technician will utilize a company service vehicle to travel to various locations and perform repairs.
    Must have a valid driver's license and insurable.
    Must have your own basic tools.
    Must be able to clear pre-employment checks.
    Should be flexible to be on an on-call rotation and work the occasional weekends.

    Shift:
    Day shift 7:00am - 5:00pm Monday - Friday


    Compensation:
    $26 - $31/hr, hourly wage will be based on experience.
