    Position Summary

    Proponent is seeking experienced Human Resources Partners to support employees and leaders across our growing organization. Serving as the primary HR representative for an assigned region and business groups, this role combines talent acquisition, employee relations, manager coaching, onboarding, offboarding, performance support, and employee engagement. This is an ideal opportunity for a hands-on HR professional who enjoys building relationships, solving complex problems, and helping create an exceptional employee experience.

    The ideal candidate is a collaborative team player with strong business judgment, excellent communication skills, and a proactive, solutions-oriented approach. They are comfortable representing the company, traveling to support employees in person, and thriving in a fast-paced environment where employee ownership and teamwork are highly valued.

    Key Responsibilities

    Lead full-cycle recruiting efforts, including workforce planning support, candidate sourcing, interviewing, selection, and onboarding.Support employee onboarding, integration, engagement, development, and retention initiatives.Provide guidance and coaching to managers on employee relations matters, performance management, workplace concerns, and organizational effectiveness.Conduct workplace investigations and support the resolution of employee issues with professionalism, fairness, and sound judgment.Manage employee offboarding processes, conduct exit interviews, and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.Ensure compliance with employment laws, company policies, and HR processes.Support HR projects, organizational changes, and cross-functional initiatives as needed.Represent the Human Resources function with professionalism, responsiveness, and a service-oriented mindset.

    Qualifications

    Required

    Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.Five or more years of progressive Human Resources experience.Demonstrated success in full-cycle recruiting and employee relations.Strong working knowledge of employment law and HR best practices.Experience conducting investigations and coaching managers through complex employee situations.Exceptional interpersonal, communication, conflict resolution, and relationship-building skills.Strong critical-thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt to changing business needs.Willingness to travel regularly within assigned regions.

    Preferred

    PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, or SHRM-SCP certification.Experience supporting multi-site, geographically dispersed, or remote workforces.Experience working within an employee-owned or ESOP environment.

    Strategic Account Manager

    Job Summary:

    The position focuses on a select group of high-value or key accounts which are typically larger, more complex, and strategically important to the company. These customer portfolios are primarily made up of airlines, maintenance, repair and overhaul (MRO) shops, select value added resellers and original equipment manufacturers (OEMs). There is a difference in the scope of assigned customers, allowing them to dedicate more time and attention.

    In this role, your primary responsibilities are (but not limited to):
