After Hour Emergency Services Calls. Rotating Schedule for Emergency Service calls or site visits. Other duties as assigned.
General Description of Job Function:
1. Visit properties as required and perform assigned tasks.
2. Coordinate any third party contractor(s) as needed to stabilize an emergency situation at hand.
3. Immediately reports to Property Manager major emergency issues, and reports minor issues to the Manager the next business day.
4. Reviews as requested by the Property Manager work performance of outside contractors.
5. Interfaces with clients/residents on maintenance issues.
6. Provides assistance and support to the Property Manager in identifying maintenance issues and suggests when appropriate a course of action on repairs.
7. Be aware of and operate within OSHA (Occupational Safety & Health Act) standards and company safety policies at all times.
Reports back to the Property Manager any maintenance, safety, and resident issues that are seen during maintenance calls to the property.
