The Property Manager is responsible for directly managing all aspects of their assigned commercial and/or residential properties. As a successful Property Manager, your goals are to maintain high occupancy rates, maximize profitability, and maintain a high level of satisfaction for both the property owner and tenant. As a Property Manager, you will be responsible for all aspects of operations for the assigned properties including setting up schedules of our maintenance and repairs staff, office staff, and leasing agents.
