These case logs must include ProVation or a GI system and must be distinct and separate patient case logs for both ECU and ERCP, specifically for the past 12 months. To clarify, ProVation is a gastroenterology procedure documentation software that tracks each physician's documentation, as well as CPT and ICD-10 codes. Using this software system will help us differentiate case logs/procedures, which is crucial for our analysis and reporting purposes, ensuring the provider meets the requirements for hospital privileges.
The need is for Inhouse call 12 hour shifts
If qualifications and training are met, we will advance to interviews and obtain case logs if approved to initiate credentialing/onboarding.
