Job Description : Designation : Die Cutter Operator (Offline) Location: Peachtree City, GA 30269 Job Summary We are seeking an experienced Offline Die Cutter Operator to operate and maintain die cutting equipment to produce high-quality folding carton products that meet customer specifications. This role requires hands-on machine operation, troubleshooting, quality control, and team leadership in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Key Responsibilities Machine Operation & Production Operate offline die cutter machines (including blanking capability) safely and efficiently Perform make-ready setups, die adjustments, and registration for pressure and cutting accuracy Troubleshoot machine issues, clear jams, and make real-time adjustments to maintain speed and quality Ensure efficient loading/unloading and rapid make-ready for optimal productivity Oversee and guide general technicians working on equipment Quality Assurance Inspect finished products to ensure accuracy, quality, and customer satisfaction Ensure all jobs are completed error-free and meet or exceed customer expectations Complete required production and quality checklists Support and follow ISO standards and quality objectives Comply with cGMP, HACCP Food Safety, and Chain of Custody requirements Safety Follow all OHSE safety policies and procedures Use required PPE and company-provided lifting equipment (hoists, jacks, vacuum manipulators, etc.) Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment Properly handle and dispose of hazardous materials and waste Communication & Teamwork Communicate clearly and professionally with team members and supervisors Share accurate information and support team cooperation Accept feedback and direction from leadership and follow through appropriately Leadership Foster a positive, high-performance team environment Train, motivate, and develop team members as needed Communicate goals, expectations, and corrective actions clearly Conduct team meetings when required Required Qualifications High School Diploma or GED Minimum 3 years of offline die cutting experience in the folding carton industry Experience operating die cutters with blanking capability Ability to perform make-readies, troubleshoot issues, and resolve defects Basic math skills (percentages, weights, measurements) Basic computer skills Strong communication and interpersonal skills Willingness to perform additional tasks as assigned Preferred Experience Experience with Cleveland or Bobst die cutters Leadership or crew supervision experience Knowledge of ISO standards, cGMP, HACCP, and Chain of Custody programs Physical Requirements Ability to stand, bend, stoop, kneel, and reach for extended periods Frequent lifting of 60+ lbs Manual dexterity and good hand-eye coordination Ability to use close, distance, color, and peripheral vision Willingness to work rotating shifts, overtime, and extended hours as needed Good strength and physically fit.
