Position Overview:
Project Solutions Inc. is seeking experienced, full-time Construction Management Representatives (CMRs) to support upcoming National Park Service (NPS) construction projects throughout the Mountain West region, including Arizona, California, and Wyoming. Anticipated projects focus on water and wastewater infrastructure, including wastewater treatment plant replacements and upgrades, water distribution and collection systems, piping, storage and holding tanks, and related site and utility work.
Many of these projects are multi-year construction efforts located in remote park settings, often spanning multiple construction seasons due to project scale and location. The role is to serve as an on-site Construction Management Representative, providing construction management support such as monitoring work, reviewing documents, and facilitating communication between stakeholders.

This project will construct a new headworks facility to replace the existing labor-intensive raw wastewater screening operations at the temporary wastewater treatment plant. Work includes installation of screening equipment, associated mechanical and process components, structural and utility connections, site civil improvements, and integration with existing treatment infrastructure.

Responsibilities and Duties:
Provide technical assistance and support to CO during construction. Read, interpret and understand the construction contract plans and specifications.Arrange, attend and facilitate a variety of meetings, including weekly meetings at the project site. Arrange, attend, facilitate, and document project meetings, including weekly progress meetings, safety meetings, inspections, negotiations, and internal Government meetings; prepare meeting minutes within required timeframes.Perform on-site inspections, including mock-ups, preparatory, initial, follow-up, and post-construction inspections; document findings with photographs, descriptions, and reports.Document issues encountered and problems experienced with the construction contractor. Position overview:
In this role, you'll be responsible for the operation and maintenance of the wastewater treatment plant to ensure the safe, efficient and economical treatment of wastewater. Responsibilities and Duties:

Position/Project Overview:
Project Solutions Inc. is seeking a Construction Management Representative (CMR) to support the National Park Service (NPS) on the Wastewater Plant Headworks Project at Mammoth Hot Springs in Yellowstone National Park. This project will construct a new headworks facility to replace the existing labor-intensive raw wastewater screening operations at the temporary wastewater treatment plant. Work includes installation of screening equipment, associated mechanical and process components, structural and utility connections, site civil improvements, and integration with existing treatment infrastructure.

Responsibilities and Duties:
Provide technical assistance and support to CO during construction. Read, interpret and understand the construction contract plans and specifications.Arrange, attend and facilitate a variety of meetings, including weekly meetings at the project site. Arrange, attend, facilitate, and document project meetings, including weekly progress meetings, safety meetings, inspections, negotiations, and internal Government meetings; prepare meeting minutes within required timeframes.Perform on-site inspections, including mock-ups, preparatory, initial, follow-up, and post-construction inspections; document findings with photographs, descriptions, and reports.Document issues encountered and problems experienced with the construction contractor. Review contractor's baseline and progress schedules.Draft project related correspondence for NPS to review and issuance.Inspect the work of the construction contractor for progress, workmanship, quality and conformance with contract documents, applicable building codes and safety standards.Review, analyze, and assist in preparing cost estimates.Review and process Construction Contractor's RFIs and assist in resolution, draft response, tracking, and follow up.Required Education, Knowledge and Skills:
