    Job description

    We are looking for a competent HR/Administrative Assistant to help with the organization and running of the daily operations of the center. The ideal candidate will be a hard-working professional able to undertake a variety of office support tasks and work diligently under pressure. This person will be comfortable working with a high degree of attention to detail and discretion as well as incorporating new and effective ways to achieve better results.

    Responsibilities

    Organize office and assist associates in ways that optimize proceduresSort and distribute communications in a timely mannerReview client notes and ensure they are submitted on a timely basisCreate and update records ensuring accuracy and validity of informationUpdates time sheets for missed punches, monitors attendance, PTO, etcNew hire orientation, badges, serve as liaison with HRMonitor level of supplies, handle shortages, orders when necessary and neatly put away suppliesResolve office-related malfunctions, printers, and respond to requests or issuesCoordinate and assist other staff with any clerical needs they may haveMaintain trusting relationships with employees, vendors, clients, and parentPerform receptionist duties, answer front doors, assist with drop off and pick up

    Skills

We aim to not only help children gain valuable skills, but to also help their families lead fulfilled and successful lives together. We are looking for professional, outgoing, energetic and caring candidates with experience to work 1-1 with young children meet and surpass their goals.

    RBT Pay Rate of $19.00 to $20.00 per hour. Behavior Technician will begin at a probationary rate of $16.00 to $17.00 until RBT credentialing is obtained within their first 60 days of employment. Project Brilliance offers training, guidelines and assistance in completing this job requirement.

    Responsibilities of a Behavior Technician/ RBT include:

    · Provides one-on-one therapy to our clients as well as leads or assists in peer play and social groups.

    · Helps children acquire new skills and work towards individualized goals tailored for improving communication, social interaction, problem solving, and adaptive living skills

    · Uses of proper teaching, behavior change, Mand training procedures, and data collection.

    · Works with BCBA’s and provides feedback on child’s progress

    · Teaches children appropriate social behaviors

    · Ensures children’s safety during indoors and outdoors activities

    · If needed, changes diapers/pull ups, potty training

    · Mon-Fri 9a-5p 40 hours/week, Center based, Home Therapy also available

    Requirements of a Behavior Technician/ RBT include:

    · Bachelor's degree in education, psychology or a related field is preferred, but not required

    · Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) Certification, preferred but not required

    · Experience with ABA therapy preferred, but not required – we provide training

    · Ability to improvise and play with young children (ages 2-6) in various settings

    · Teach children appropriate social behaviors

    · Prior ABA experience a plus

    Project Brilliance holds a 3-year accreditation with the BHCOE and is seeking a dedicated, passionate, and qualified Board-Certified Behavior Analysts to join our growing team. BCBA’s will provide services to children in the home, community, and center-based settings.


    The ideal candidate will have a strong background in early intervention behavior analysis, exceptional leadership skills, and a passion for making a difference in the lives of children on the autism spectrum and other related developmental disabilities. Salary negotiable based on experience.

    Qualifications:

    A valid BCBA certification, newly certified are encouraged to apply

    Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or related field

    Experience with young children with various diagnoses

    Valid driver's license and Auto Insurance

    Responsibilities of a BCBA:

    Provide supervision and continuous training to Behavior Therapists/ RBTs on teaching and behavior change techniques

    Create, monitor, and update behavior intervention and skill acquisition programs

    Designing proper data collection methods

    Oversee programming in various settings (home, community, and center)

    Regularly meeting with Parent/ Legal Guardian and providing ongoing Parent/ Guardian Trainings

    Attend coordination of care meetings with various other providers (Schools, SLPs, OTs)

    Oversees, trains, and provides feedback for Student Analysts

    Conduct Assessments

    Full-Time Availability Mon-Fri, 8:45a-5p
