    MUST:
    Eligible for a US Public Trust security clearance
    Experienced Full Stack Developer
    8+ years experience as a software developer
    8+ years with SQL Queries and stored procedures / relational databases
    5+ years of Agile process and team players
    3+ years of Angular
    3+ years with REST API in Cloud environments
    Experience with system design across the 3 zones web, application, and data.
    Experience with data ingestion techniques and processes preferred.
    Experience with the AWS cloud platform is required.
    Prior experience with relational databases, Redshift experience preferred.
    Familiar with DevSecOps tools such as GitHub, Jenkins, SonarQube, Snyk, JFROG Artifactory or similar.
    Champion an automate-everything mindset across the development lifecycle.
    Knowledge of Agile framework, Scrum methodologies and awareness of productivity tools used to support them.
    Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
    Ability to demonstrate excellent written and oral communication required.
    Diverse experience across the full software development lifecycle preferred.
    Mentor junior personnel on development best practices.
    Previous CMS or federal government contracting experience preferred

    DUTIES:
    Advocate on best practices, communicate progress, monitor other developers, and provide technical guidance to the team
    Collaborate with architects, developers, business analysts, and QA analysts to design, develop, and test applications
    Translate requirements and user stories into functionality interacting with cloud platforms such as AWS
    Develop and maintain user interfaces needed to create applications to satisfy user requirements
    Develop and maintain AWS Lambdas in a cloud environment
    Develop and maintain complex SQL queries and stored procedures on a backend relational database
    Develop and maintain processes to ingest data from external sources into a relational database.
    Develop and maintain processes to send data to external sources from a relational database using REST APIs.
    Develop automatic testing scripts to ensure the product is of the highest quality
    Diagnose and resolve defects as reported by users, testers, or deployment processes
    Produce documentation to guide development teams on use of applications and APIs
    Understand usability testing and refactor front-end code to improve the user experience
    Work with the DevSecOps engineer to ensure infrastructure is deployed using IaC such as CloudFormation or Terraform and CI/CD tools such as Jenkins

    MUST:
    Experienced Associate Attorney
    3 5 years of patent litigation experience
    Exposure to: Biologics or pharmaceutical patent disputes, BPCIA and/or Hatch-Waxman litigation, PTAB and other USPTO litigation processes
    J.D. from an accredited law school with strong academic credentials.
    USPTO registration is preferred but not required
    Admission to a state bar (DC Bar preferred or willingness to obtain)
    Advanced degree (Master's or Ph.D. preferred) in a relevant scientific field such as: Biology, Molecular Biology, Biochemistry, Organic Chemistry, Pharmacology, or related disciplines

    DUTIES:
    Represent clients in patent litigation matters, including disputes in the biologics, biotech, chemical, and pharmaceutical industries.
    Draft litigation documents, including complaints, motions, discovery requests/responses, and pre-trial filings.
    Support cases involving BPCIA (Biologics Price Competition and Innovation Act) and/or Hatch-Waxman litigation.
    Participate in PTAB proceedings and other USPTO-related litigation or post-grant matters.
    Conduct in-depth legal research and technical analysis of patents and related regulatory issues.
    Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and external experts to prepare for depositions, hearings, and trial.
    Communicate directly with clients and manage expectations in a fast-paced litigation environment.
