About the Role
We are building a high-performance final expense insurance sales floor in Houston and are looking for motivated, energetic, and results-driven sales agents to join our growing team.
This is a phone-based sales role focused on helping customers with final expense insurance solutions while working in a fast-paced, competitive, and team-oriented call center environment.

What You’ll Be Doing
Handle inbound and outbound sales calls related to final expense insurance productsSpeak with customers, understand their needs, and guide them through available insurance optionsFollow company sales processes, scripts, compliance standards, and operational proceduresWork closely with Team Leaders and management to improve production and performanceMaintain strong activity levels, professionalism, and attendance standardsParticipate in daily huddles, coaching sessions, and training activitiesWork toward daily, weekly, and monthly production targetsMaintain accurate customer information and call documentation within company systemsContribute positively toward floor culture, energy, and team environment.Maintain quality sales practices focused on customer retention and long-term policy persistencyWork toward maintaining low chargeback and cancellation ratios through compliant and ethical sales practiceMonitor and improve key performance indicators (KPIs) including close rate, talk time, activity levels, attendance, and production consistencyMaintain professionalism, compliance standards, and proper customer handling throughout all sales interactions
What We’re Looking For
Active Life & Health Insurance License required with other active non-resident licenses across multiple states (strongly preferred)Strong communication and phone skillsPositive attitude and willingness to learnHigh energy, coachable, and performance-driven mindsetComfortable working in a fast-paced sales environmentAbility to handle objections and stay motivated under pressureReliable attendance and strong work ethicPrior call center, telesales, final expense, Medicare, life insurance, or insurance sales experience is strongly preferred
