Responsibilities
Diagnose and repair electrical issues within residential properties, including low voltage and high voltage systemsInstall new electrical wiring, outlets, switches, circuit breakers, and lighting fixtures in accordance with NEC (National Electrical Code) standardsRead and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical diagrams to accurately execute electrical projectsConduct routine maintenance and safety inspections on existing electrical systems to prevent future issuesUtilize hand tools, power tools, ohmmeters, and other testing equipment to ensure proper functioning of electrical componentsCollaborate with homeowners to explain repairs or upgrades clearly and professionallyEnsure all work complies with local codes, safety regulations, and industry best practicesRequirements
Proven experience as an electrician with residential in-home service background; industrial or commercial experience, Minimum 5 years.Strong knowledge of the NEC, schematics reading, blueprint interpretation, and low/high voltage systemsFamiliarity with Programmable Logic Controllers (PLCs), industrial electrician experience, and renovation projects is desirableAbility to operate hand tools, power tools, ohmmeters, and other electrical testing devices safely and effectivelyValid electrician license or certification as required by local jurisdictionExcellent problem-solving skills with a detail-oriented approach to troubleshooting electrical issuesStrong communication skills for working directly with homeowners and team membersValid Drivers LicenseMust pass a Background checkMust pass Drug ScreenJoin us in delivering exceptional residential electrical solutions that make a real difference in people’s homes!
