Pre-Litigation Attorney for a well-established, nationally recognized personal injury law firm with offices across multiple states. Our client is a plaintiff-side firm known for strong case results, a high-volume practice, and a team-oriented culture with dedicated case managers and support staff. This is a full-time, in-office position in Irvine, California.
The Pre-Litigation Attorney will manage a caseload of personal injury matters from intake through settlement, including case evaluation, client communication, medical records review, preparing demand packages, negotiating with insurance adjusters, and resolving claims prior to litigation.
Responsibilities:
Manage a pre-litigation caseload of personal injury matters
Draft and submit demand letters and demand packages
Negotiate settlements with insurance carriers and adjusters
Communicate regularly with clients on case status
Review medical records, bills, and liens
Work with case managers and support staff to move cases toward resolution
Identify cases requiring escalation to litigation
Requirements:
Licensed and in good standing with the California State Bar
Personal injury experience, pre-litigation and/or litigation
Strong negotiation and client communication skills
Ability to work on-site daily in the Irvine office

A well-established Minneapolis law firm is seeking an experienced Corporate Legal Assistant / Floater to provide administrative support to a busy team of attorneys and paralegals. This position is ideal for a highly organized legal professional who enjoys working with multiple practice groups, managing shifting priorities, and supporting a fast-paced, collaborative office.
Candidates must have previous legal administrative experience within Trusts & Estates or Real Estate. Experience supporting corporate or transactional attorneys is highly preferred.
Key Responsibilities
Draft, format, revise, and proofread legal documents, correspondence, and client materials.Review documents for accuracy, consistency, grammar, formatting, and professional presentation.Organize, assemble, scan, and distribute legal and client documents.Send, monitor, and track signature pages and original documents.Maintain organized electronic client and matter files.Assist with new matter and client file openings.Manage attorney calendars, appointments, meetings, conferences, and deadlines.Coordinate attorney and client meetings, travel arrangements, and reservations.Monitor attorney inboxes and assist with filing and organizing correspondence.Maintain organizational documents, pleadings, indices, and original client records.Communicate with clients, attorneys, paralegals, and internal departments regarding matter status and required information.Process invoices, reimbursements, document comparisons, and administrative requests.Provide coverage and administrative support across multiple attorneys and practice areas.Complete special projects and additional assignments as needed.Required Qualifications
