Real Estate Associate Century City
$225,000 $275,000 base salary + benefits
Join a nationally recognized law firm with one of the most respected real estate practices in California. We are seeking a talented Real Estate Associate with 35 years of commercial real estate transactional experience to join our Century City office. Youll work on sophisticated transactions with high-profile clients, alongside some of the states most highly regarded attorneys.
What Youll Do:
Draft and revise commercial leases and purchase & sale agreements
Review title and survey documents
Manage all aspects of purchase and sale closings
Collaborate with senior attorneys and clients on complex transactions
What Were Looking For:
35 years of experience in a broad range of commercial real estate transactions
Strong drafting, analytical, and organizational skills
Ability to handle significant responsibilities while working within a collaborative team
Am Law 200 law firm experience preferred
Active California Bar membership required
Demonstrated interest in the real estate industry (ULI, NAIOP, CREFC involvement a plus)
