Fireplace Installer Full-Time | Denver, CO | $28.00 – $32.00/hour
We are looking for an experienced Fireplace Installer to join our team in the Denver area. This is a full-time, hands-on role working on residential and commercial job sites. The right candidate takes pride in their work, communicates well with customers and coworkers, and can operate independently on a job site with minimal supervision.
What you'll be doing:
You'll be responsible for the full installation of gas fireplaces from start to finish. That includes loading and inspecting materials before leaving for the job site, reviewing your daily work orders, transporting equipment safely, and completing installs according to manufacturer specifications and company standards. You'll take photos, complete required paperwork, and communicate any issues to the install manager or sales staff as needed. At the end of each day, you'll return to the warehouse and turn in your documentation.
What we're looking for:
At least three years of hands-on experience installing or servicing gas fireplaces is required. You should be comfortable working at heights up to 40 feet, able to lift up to 125 pounds, and skilled with both hand and power tools. Strong communication and customer service skills matter here — you'll be in people's homes and on active job sites. You must be reliable, detail-oriented, and able to follow safety procedures consistently. A clean background check, drug screening, and valid driver's license are all required.
NFI Certification (National Fireplace Institute) is a plus, though not required. Factory and HearthED training opportunities are available through the company.
