    Field Patient Care Technician

By blending advanced biometric monitoring with the strength of personal connections, our goal is to empower seniors and their healthcare providers with the data, knowledge, and tools to take charge of their health, reducing readmissions to the hospital and enhancing their quality of life.


    The role of the Field Patient Care Technician is to be the face of Proactive Health as patients join our service. They are often the first to meet the patient in person, the first to educate them on our service, and the one to set up the biometric devices that our patients will use in perpetuity. We are looking for a contractor on an as-needed basis to assist in the Abilene and surrounding areas.


    What You'll Do:

    Travel to and from patient's homes
    Be on time to appointments
    Effectively educate the patient on Proactive Health's servicesAnswer any questions regarding our serviceSet up our biometric devices in their home to monitor their vitalsPerform a full patient intake including:Medical conditionsMedical historyCurrent medicationsDocument clearly and effectivelyTech Support-troubleshoot devices when needed.


    What You'll Need:

    Experience working with senior citizens, preferredExperience with sales, preferred
    Experience working in healthcare, preferred
    Be tech saavy-basic troubleshooting skillsOver 18 years of ageDrivers License & personal vehicleStrong communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.Pass a criminal background check
