Job description
The Automation Integrator is responsible for installing, maintaining, troubleshooting, and operating automation systems throughout the Permian Basin region. Candidates will provide both day to day support and preventive maintenance to critical equipment utilized at various field locations including well sites, compressor stations, tank batteries and saltwater disposals. The technician must have an understanding of industrial communication equipment and systems, including PLC programming (ABB RMC) and configurations, within an oil and gas production environment.
Preferred Experience Includes:
• Experience implementing and supporting RMC programs
• Ability to perform C&E reviews and execution
• Knowledge of industrial communications and networking, including ABB protocols
• Experience working with ABB PCCU systems
• Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting capabilities
• Understanding of gas lift and plunger lift production processes
• Experience leading and conducting PSSRs
• Ability to work well within a team and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
• Experience with material coordination, staging, and requisitioning
• Commitment to safety leadership, including Stop Work Authority and policy compliance
• I&E experience within the oil and gas industry required
