Picture your week: Monday you’re commissioning drives on a high-speed conveyor line; midweek you’re dissecting a PLC fault without a schematic; by Friday you’ve trained a site tech team and left the plant safer and more reliable than you found it.

    Compensation & Benefits

    $38–$48/hour (DOE) with full benefits:

    **About the Role: **As a Polymer Center Maintenance Technician A, you will be responsible for ensuring the effective operation of the equipment while adhering to safety standards and regulations. Your role will involve performing repairs and maintenance on various machinery, including sorting, grinding, and washing equipment, to maximize productivity.

    The Ideal Candidate for this role:

    Is a self-starter who can find creative fixes to any problem.A technician who is confident in their experience and ability to tackle mechanical and electrical troubleshooting and repairs.Has 5 years of experience in an industrial maintenance position.Preference to candidates who have worked in recycling centers or with polymer processing.

    Key Responsibilities:

    Maintain advanced knowledge of all Polymer Center equipment, including mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.Perform repairs and maintenance on equipment such as conveyors, screens, balers, and grinders to ensure safe and productive operations.Troubleshoot and maintain complex electromechanical equipment independently.Complete field service reports and manage work orders efficiently.Conduct preventative maintenance according to established schedules.Install and set up new equipment, coordinating with vendors for maintenance schedules.Follow all safety policies and procedures diligently.Perform other job-related duties as assigned.

    Qualifications:

    Minimum of 5 years of experience in an industrial maintenance position.Strong self-starter attitude with the ability to adapt and think creatively.Preferred: Experience with welding, PLC programming, and a valid driver’s license.Mechanical, electrical, or trade school certificate is a plus.

    Position Details:

    Pay:$37 per hourSchedule:2-2-3 night shift
