    In this role, you’ll serve as atrusted technical expertat customer sites, delivering high-level electrical and multi-craft maintenance support. You’ll troubleshoot, repair, and optimize complex systems while building strong relationships with customers and teammates.

    Key Responsibilities:

    Diagnose and repair electrical systems (24V–480V, 3-phase, motors, drives, PLCs)Perform bothpreventive maintenanceandbreak/fix troubleshootingRead and interpret electrical schematics, blueprints, and ladder logicTroubleshoot PLC systems (Allen-Bradley & Siemens preferred)Identify and resolve issues—even without schematicsSupport and improve conveyor systems, motors, and automation equipmentInstall, test, and upgrade electrical components and systemsTrain and mentor less experienced techniciansMaintain accurate documentation and communicate with site leadershipUphold and promote astrong safety cultureat all timesWhat Makes You a Great Fit10+ years of hands-on electrical or multi-craft maintenance experienceStrong troubleshooting skills in industrial environmentsExperience with PLCs, drives, motors, and control systemsAbility to adapt quickly and work independently at customer sitesStrong communication skills and customer-facing professionalismWillingness to travel75%+and work flexible schedulesPreferred QualificationsMaster Electrician, Journeyman, or equivalent experienceBackground in instrumentation & controlsExperience with automation systems and advanced troubleshootingFamiliarity with Microsoft Excel / Google SuitePhysical & Work EnvironmentAbility to lift up to 50 lbs and work in physically demanding environmentsComfortable working at heights, in tight spaces, and in varying conditionsMust be able to stand, walk, climb, bend, and maneuver throughout job sitesAbility to safely work on industrial surfaces and wear required PPEWhy This Role Stands Out
