    Industrial Maintenance Technician (Multiple Shifts Available)

    About the Role

    Pro Services is hiring Industrial Maintenance Technicians for openings across our manufacturing and processing partners, including a growing polymer recycling operation. Whether you're early in your maintenance career or you've got years of hands-on experience, we have a role for you. You'll keep sorting, grinding, washing, and baling equipment running safely and efficiently — troubleshooting mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems as part of a team that takes pride in keeping operations up and running.

    Schedule

    Both day shift and night shift openings available2-2-3 rotation schedulesOvertime available as business needs requireSome roles may require flexibility for off-hours support during emergency downtime situations

    What You'll Do

    Maintain and repair mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems — including motors, pumps, conveyors, screens, balers, and grindersTroubleshoot and repair electromechanical equipment, working independently as your experience allowsRead electrical schematics and blueprints; PLC troubleshooting experience (Allen-Bradley) a plusComplete work orders, field service reports, and daily logsAssist with or lead new equipment installs and coordinate maintenance schedules with vendorsConduct preventative maintenance according to established schedulesCommunicate clearly with supervisors and operators, and share what you learn to help prevent repeat issuesFollow all safety policies and procedures

    What You Bring

    1+ years of experience in industrial maintenance or a similar hands-on trade (5+ years preferred for senior-level openings)Hands-on experience with hydraulics, pneumatics, motors, pumps, and conveyorsElectrical knowledge sufficient to work safely around industrial systems; ability to read electrical schematics is a plusA self-starter mindset — someone who takes initiative and doesn't wait to be told twiceStrong troubleshooting skills across electrical and mechanical systemsA team player who's motivated to keep learning and building new skillsHigh school diploma or equivalent required; trade school or mechanical/electrical certificate a plusPreferred for some roles: welding experience, PLC troubleshooting, valid driver's license, background in recycling centers or polymer processing
