    Pro Resources is seeking an Appliance Installer for a client in Fort Wayne, IN. The Custom/High End Installer should be a skilled appliance installer who will work with other members of the install team to increase company profitability and customer satisfaction by ensuring professional, quality, and timely installations to the company's customers. Installers will represent the company in a highly professional, safe and effective manner that complies with OSHA and other applicable regulations. Must have home appliance installation experience.     1st Shift 7:30-4 PMCompensation is from 49,920 USD to 62,400 USD per year

    Job Duties

    Perform routine installation of high end appliances (i.e Sub Zero/Wolf, Thermador, Bosch, Monogram)Maintain communication with installation team and Manager to ensure any updated instructions are receieved. Document completion of installations according to company directives and report any discrepancies to Manager. Safely operate tools and equipment as needed.

    Quality Control Assistant Manager (Automotive Manufacturing)
    Berne, IN | 1st Shift | Direct Hire
    Salary: $60,000–$70,000 + Full Benefits

    Pro Resources is partnering with a well-established automotive manufacturer in Berne, IN to hire a Quality Control Assistant Manager for a direct hire opportunity on 1st shift.

    This role is ideal for an experienced automotive quality professional who enjoys solving problems, leading teams, and driving continuous improvement. The Quality Control Assistant Manager will support the Quality department’s daily operations while helping maintain high standards for product quality, customer satisfaction, and regulatory compliance.

    Key Responsibilities

    Support the Quality Control department’s operational and strategic goalsAssist QC supervisors with daily quality operations and compliance monitoringLead and mentor quality team members to support performance and developmentConduct root cause investigations and internal audits including Gemba walksPrepare and submit customer quality reports (8D, corrective actions, capability studies)Communicate with customers and suppliers regarding quality issuesReview and approve abnormal tags, sorting activities, and gauge validationsProvide technical support for QA equipment and measurement systemsEnsure compliance with IATF 16949 and ISO 14001 quality standardsPromote a culture of continuous improvement and accountability

    Qualifications

    Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Technology, Engineering, Metrology, or related field (or equivalent experience)5+ years of experience in automotive manufacturing qualityStrong knowledge of SPC, MSA, PFMEA, and Control PlansExperience with 8D problem solving, 5-Why analysis, and corrective actionsProficiency with Minitab, Excel, and quality reporting toolsExperience working within IATF 16949 quality systemsStrong leadership, communication, and technical writing skills

    Preferred Qualifications

    Six Sigma Green Belt or CQE certificationPrevious quality leadership or supervisory experience

    About the Job

    Tool & Die Technicians will maintain, rework, and fabricate dies and tools for production requirements, as well as perform changeovers.


    Roles and Responsibilities

    Maintain existing dies and perform changeovers.Fabricate dies and tools; rework dies for production requirements.Collaborate with tool room, production, engineering, quality, and other departments.Participate in pre-planning and design of new tooling, refurbishment, end-of-life tooling, and capacity tooling as required.Take part in tooling design and print review meetings and project overview meetings.Plan and layout work according to models, blueprints, drawings, or written/oral specifications.Understand the working properties of common methods and alloys.Select appropriate materials, tools, and processes required to complete tasks.Operate various tool and die maker tools and precision measuring instruments, working to close tolerances.Evaluate and repair dies to bring parts into specifications; troubleshoot problem dies.Work closely with production personnel, EDM, and machine set-up operators to ensure dies and tooling meet specifications.Document all information and procedures related to tools (logbooks, updated drawings).Set up and service all tool room and related equipment.Maintain a clean, organized work area.Actively participate in 5S and other Continuous Improvement initiatives.Follow all safety and environmental guidelines, as well as company policies and procedures.Perform other duties as assigned.


    Education, Experience, and Skills

    3–5 years of experience working with and troubleshooting dies.Fully qualified completion of apprenticeship or required hours.Proven ability to troubleshoot tool & die problems.Ability to read blueprints and die support documentation.Experience using standard and specific tool room machinery, including but not limited to drill presses, die wash stations, grinders, mills.Able to adapt, multitask, and prioritize in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.Strong commitment to continuous improvement.Knowledge of IATF 16949 & ISO 14001 procedures.


    Physical Demands

    Ability to lift up to 55 pounds.Regular standing, bending, lifting, twisting, climbing ladders, and walking on a cement floor.
