    Position Overview

    Key Responsibilities

    Identify, track and help prepare bid opportunities from federal, state, and local procurement platformsMaintain a centralized bid tracking system and calendar (deadlines, meetings, award dates)Generate reports on bid activity, pipeline, and outcomesManage and maintain Small Business and Women-Owned Business certifications (federal, state, and third-party), including renewals and complianceOrganize and maintain digital records for bids and certificationsSupport customer service functions including order coordination and account supportAssist the sales team with quotes, follow-ups, and project coordinationProvide administrative and operational support on special projects
