This isn't your typical HR position. You'll be responsible for recruiting top sales talent, canvassers, office staff, and building partnerships with local businesses, colleges, and organizations to generate hiring opportunities.

What You'll Do
Recruit and hire top-performing sales representatives and appointment setters.Schedule interviews and conduct phone screenings.Attend hiring events, career fairs, and networking events.Build relationships with local businesses, colleges, gyms, military organizations, and community groups to create recruiting partnerships.Develop referral programs and hiring campaigns.Post and manage job ads across multiple hiring platforms.Track applicants through the hiring process.Help onboard new employees and ensure a great first impression.Work closely with ownership to help scale the company.What We're Looking For

Tired of dead-end call center jobs?
Join one of the fastest-growing home improvement companies in Northeast Indiana. Priority Exteriors is hiring 4 full-time in-house callers to help schedule appointments for homeowners interested in roofing, siding, windows, and exterior remodeling.
This is NOT cold door-to-door sales and you will never climb roofs or perform physical labor. You'll work from our office with a team environment, contests, bonuses, and opportunities to advance into leadership positions.
What You'll Do

Priority Exteriors is looking for a motivated and energetic Customer Rehash Specialist to reconnect with homeowners who have previously received an estimate from our company.
Your primary responsibility is to contact past customers, explain that new pricing or scheduling opportunities may now be available, and schedule an appointment for one of our consultants to meet with them again.
This is not cold calling. Every homeowner you speak with has already requested an estimate or met with our team. Your job is simply to reopen the conversation and help homeowners take advantage of potential savings by getting them back on the schedule.
