INSTALLER (No Experience Needed)
Lakewood, WA | Full-Time | $22 - $26/hour
ABOUT THE POSITION
As an Installer, you'll play a key role in bringing our custom graphics and signage projects to life. From vehicle wraps and window graphics to interior signage and custom POP materials, you'll work on a variety of hands-on installation projects.
No installation experience is required – we're willing to train the right candidate!
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Travel to installation sites in company vehicles, independently or with a team.Install signs, graphics, vehicle wraps, window graphics, and other visual products according to customer specifications.Use basic hand and power tools to complete a variety of installation projects.Measure, cut, trim, and apply graphics to a variety of surfaces.Complete site surveys by taking accurate measurements and identifying installation requirements.Perform installations using ladders, scaffolds, and lifts while following all safety procedures.Maintain a clean, organized, and professional work environment on job sites.Communicate professionally with customers and coworkers to ensure projects are completed successfully.Other duties, responsibilities, and activities may change or be assigned at any time, with or without notice.POSITION REQUIREMENTS
Education:
High school diploma or equivalentRelated Experience:
Valid driver's license, a clean driving record, and ability to be insured under the company's vehicle insurance policyComfortable using basic hand and power toolsNo prior installation experience requiredRequired Competencies:
Flexible availability, primarily daytime hours, with occasional evenings or weekendsEnjoys hands-on, physical workMechanically inclined and eager to learnWilling to work indoors and outdoors in various weather conditionsDependable with a positive attitude and strong work ethicWorks well independently and as part of a teamStrong attention to detailPhysical Demands:
