Children in our Infant Toddler Program are 12 months through 24 months old.

Responsibilities
Create a nurturing and stimulating classroom environment for infants Implement age-appropriate lesson plans that are created for youEnsure a safe and clean learning spaceCommunicate effectively with children, parents, and staff to foster a supportive communityParticipate in ongoing professional development to enhance teaching skills and knowledgeSupport children’s individual learning needs and encourage their social and emotional growth
Qualifications
Strong communication skillsPassion for nurturing and educating young childrenWork experience in a licensed childcare facility as a teacher.Experience in early childhood education and preschool settings preferred12 core unit classes with a grade of C or better are required. ( child development, child-family-community, curriculum)3 units in Infant/Toddler are required.Pleasant/friendly demeanor and an outgoing personality. Must meet basic requirements of local child care regulatory agency (Title 22) including immunization, health screening,finger-printing and background checkMust be able to lift up 35 lbs. in connection with the handling of children for the facilitation of programs, child safety, and potential emergencies.
