Documentation & Reporting * Maintain accurate and up-to-date records including daily logs, progress reports, change orders, and cost tracking. * Provide regular reports to the Project Manager and senior management. * Lead site-level project meetings and document outcomes. Qualifications * 10+ years of progressive experience in industrial construction with a strong focus on power generation projects and new plant construction. * Proven experience managing and executing gas turbine installation, combined-cycle, and/or simple-cycle power plant projects. * Minimum 5 years in supervisory or site leadership roles with direct responsibility for crews, subcontractors, and client interaction. * Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred (or equivalent industry experience). * Deep knowledge of construction methods, scheduling, safety regulations, and QA/QC practices within the energy and power generation sector. * Demonstrated ability to manage budgets, schedules, subcontractors, and owner relations on complex EPC or self-perform projects. * Excellent communication, leadership, and decision-making skills with the ability to resolve field issues quickly and effectively. * Proficiency in construction/project management software (Procore, Primavera P6, MS Project, or equivalent). * Ability to travel and relocate to project sites as needed.     Job Overview

    Job Duties:

    • Prepare and maintain project schedule using current project systems tool (Primavera P6)

    • Provide insight to the Project Manager concerning schedule updates as to critical path and near critical path activities, and other potential issues with the project schedule
    • Assist Project Managers in creating short-term schedules, monitor such schedules to determine impact on master schedule, and help in formulating actions to correct scheduling problems
    • Assist Project Managers in the development of delay claim impacts and recovery schedules

    Qualifications/Skills:

    Job Description:
    We are seeking a qualified Class A CDL Truck Driver with Tanker and Hazmat endorsements rated for 4,000 gallons or more to join our team in Hastings, Nebraska. This position is responsible for operating trucks in support of industrial construction projects, ensuring the safe and efficient movement of equipment, materials, and water. The ideal candidate will demonstrate a strong commitment to safety, reliability, and teamwork.
    Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
    Operate trucks to transport equipment, water, and materials to designated areas on the jobsite.Adhere to all company and jobsite safety policies, procedures, and requirements.Follow written and verbal instructions and perform work in accordance with project specifications.Safely utilize hand and power tools as required.Assist supervisors and team members as needed on construction-related tasks.Maintain accountability for tools, equipment, and materials throughout the shift.General Requirements:
    Valid Class A CDL with Tanker and Hazmat endorsements (4,000+ gallon capacity required).Must pass DOT drug screen and physical examination.1-4 years of commercial driving or equipment operation experience preferred.Ability to interpret hand signals and operate equipment on uneven or challenging terrain.Successful completion of post-offer screening, orientation, and required training.Compliance with all jobsite safety requirements, including PPE (hard hat, safety glasses, gloves, steel-toe boots, etc.).Physical Requirements:
    Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs. (with assistance for heavier items).Ability to climb ladders, scaffolding, and work at elevated heights or in confined spaces.Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods on uneven surfaces.Willingness to work outdoors in varying weather conditions (heat, cold, rain, humidity).Must comply with company drug and alcohol policies.Work Environment:
    Industrial construction sites and/or fabrication shops.Exposure to outdoor climate conditions and varying noise levels.Work performed at different elevations and in confined spaces as required.Potential exposure to dust, chemicals, and other environmental factors associated with construction sites.
