    Responsibilities: Troubleshoot, diagnose and complete repairs on all types of fleet and warehouse equipment including but not limited to: Electric Forklifts, Floor Scrubber, Electric Pallet Jacks, Company Pickup Truck, Pallet Moles, and Dock Door. Performs preventative maintenance on all Fleet and dock doors using prescribed checklists along with identifying and reporting all unsafe conditions. Complete work orders in a timely manner maintaining high quality standards Maintain a clean and safe work area. Manage parts inventory and accurately charging parts and labor to work orders. Perform inspections of work performed by outside vendors prior to putting back in-service Perform mechanical repairs including engine, clutch, oil changes, greasing, transmission, brake repairs, tire changes hoses, belts, fluids and wiring, hydraulic systems, lighting, other electrical systems. Respond to fleet service calls, pick-up and delivery of vehicles and parts. Maintain shop tools and equipment to company standards. Support other locations if needed. Qualifications: High school diploma, GED or equivalent experience Experience with commercial truck repair in manufacturing environment preferred. Mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic troubleshooting Power transmission troubleshooting Fabricating and/or machining ability Basic electrical troubleshooting Knowledge of 12/48 volt, propane control power Welding skills an asset CDL an asset Ability to be self-managed, scheduling and performing work often unsupervised Reliable, motivated, dedicated, and committed.     Responsibilities:

    Plan, lead, and execute preventative maintenance (PM) according to schedule to minimize equipment downtime
    Complete reactive maintenance on production lines to recover from equipment failures by repairing mechanical, electrical, and structural components
    Complete machine tear down/repair and assembly and work on PLCs, VFDs, and electric motors
    Conduct creative problem solving to identify and perform equipment improvements
    Coach and develop operators and peers on basic maintenance concepts and optimal equipment settings
    Facilitate seamless handoffs and communicate key information to peers, team members, and factory leadership team.
    Participate in special project work on equipment upgrades or installations
    Provide break relief to production operators or team members as needed
    Operate a forklift as needed to complete duties
    Support equipment installations, retrofits and upgrades to include vendors and contractors
    Troubleshoot/ investigate and repair all mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and utility systems including chillers, air compressors etc.

    Qualifications:

    Qualifications
    High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent; technical training or certifications desired
    5+ years of preventive maintenance and repair experience in a high speed industrial manufacturing environment
    Strong knowledge of pneumatics, electrical systems, and hydraulics required, with water processing experience desired.
    Proficiency in reading mechanical drawings and OEM technical prints for parts identification
    Electrical knowledge of single and three-phase power, with the ability to diagnose and replace electrical motors.
    Desired experience in Programmable Logic Control (PLC)
    Experience with compressors, chillers, water treatment, and boiler maintenance.
    Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications; Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS), ERP systems, SAP system experience preferred
    Independent professional with strong problem-solving, decision-making, and coaching skills. Effective communicator capable of fostering team collaboration and managing projects with minimal supervision.
    Physical ability to sit, stand, push, pull, climb ladders, and walk all day with or without reasonable accommodation.

    labelers, case packers, and wrappers
    - Cross training to perform work on other lines or in other production areas as needed

    Qualifications:

    - 1 year minimum production maintenance experience
    - 2 or more years prior experience in production within manufacturing, ideally in the food or beverage industry or a clean manufacturing environment

    The Technical Lead A/Production Line Mechanic role is an advanced level machine technician that would be responsible for fully understanding an assigned machine center, while being fully capable of performing minor repairs, PMs and troubleshooting and the machine.     Responsibilities:


    • Support operators through troubleshooting, diagnosing and repairing equipment
