    Responsibilities: Performs routine preventative and corrective maintenance and testing on equipment Perform maintenance tasks to include - repairing and improving, from minor rebuilds to major overhauls on all equipment. Identify processing waste reduction opportunities and assist in reduction projects. Participate in preventative maintenance program to help reduce costs of operations through PM optimization. Dismantles, cleans, repairs and tests electrical, electronic and mechanical components to determine component-level failure Support equipment installations, retrofits and upgrades to include vendors and contractors Communicate, coach and train employees to continuously improve team's ability to respond to equipment failures and loss of production. Actively support NCE through SLC DOR, DER, GSTD's - DMAIC projects and Debriefs or shift handoffs Maintains preventative maintenance logs and accurate records of all testing and repairs Recommends equipment to be included in preventive maintenance programs. Perform Preventative Maintenance task to identify all potential mechanical and electrical issues with equipment throughout the plant. Rebuild worn-out, but reusable, pieces of equipment, such as gearboxes for scheduled PM's. Troubleshoot/ investigate and repair all mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and utility systems including chillers, air compressors etc. Eliminates problems from recurring utilizing the Breakdown Analysis process Communicates directly with equipment suppliers, contractors and vendors as necessary Areas of responsibility will include but are not limited to -Production support - Mechanical Room- Water Processing - Boiler Room -Waste Water Treatment- Water Chemical Treatment Program Qualifications: Three or more years proven maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment Prior experience with high and low pressure compressors, chillers, water treatment, boilers is preferred Strong technical knowledge of compressed air systems (pneumatics), electrical systems, hydraulics and water processing is preferred Knowledge of bottling equipment, PM programs and SAP system preferred Successfully demonstrates strong mechanical abilities Strong communication and interpersonal skills for interaction with all employees. Must have electrical knowledge of single and three phase power including the ability to diagnose and replace electric motors Must be able to work and accomplish projects with little to zero supervision Must be able to foster and build a team-work environment Communicate effectively with various support groups, supervisors, and team members Maintain a high level of professional and organizational ethics and image with all plant and outside personnel Able to read, interpret and analyze computer generated reports Perform all tasks with extreme accuracy Must be able to do physical inspections, (i.e. climbing, reaching, extending) Must be proficient with mechanical drawings and OEM technical prints for parts identification Proficient computer navigation skills, including the use of Microsoft Office applications Available for call-ins or to cover all shifts to support production teams as required Works together with Safety department to achieve a zero injury workplace Must display a positive mental attitude and be open to a fast paced ever changing work environment Candidates must possess strong English language skills to effectively communicate with customers and provide exceptional service.     Rotational schedule: 12 hour shift

    Schedule Requirements: Must be able to work holidays and weekends based on business needs

    Responsibilities:
    Support operators through troubleshooting, diagnosing and repairing equipment

    Learn and understand all SOPs for mechanic and operator level positions

    Be familiar to operate all equipment to include normal running parameters, set points, etc

    Train at each machine center and assist other team members as needed

    Execute work orders including special projects, rebuilds and installations when requested

    Work with a sense of urgency to repair and startup the line as quickly as possible

    Develop a working knowledge of basic maintenance principles Intermediate electrical troubleshooting

    Execute PMs during planned stoppages to include focus on project work installation, tag closure, standard procedure creation, and work order execution

    Work with vendors as needed for startup, improvement and modification of equipment

    Train operators on equipment standards and technical training modules as needed

    Understand losses of equipment and develop plans to reduce downtime based on highest loss machine per line

    Qualifications: Minimum 2 years experience in the direct line supervision of maintenance employees and/or demonstrated leadership skills

    1-2 years' experience with SAP maintenance systems including storeroom inventory

    Background with preventive maintenance systems in manufacturing

    Must have excellent all-around maintenance system skills and experience in areas such as industrial electricity, mechanical power transmission and fluid piping systems

    Must have good computer skills including computerized maintenance management systems, working knowledge of MS Office Application and PLCs (Plant Automation Systems)

    Must have good troubleshooting and decision-making skills

    Must have experience in a high-speed manufacturing environment

    Must be comfortable working in a team-oriented environment

    Must be able to successfully handle multiple priorities

    Must be highly motivated; actively demonstrate a sense of urgency toward the completion of activities, tasks and goals

    Ability to pass Mechanical Aptitude Test is required

    Strong oral and written communication skills along with excellent follow-up capabilities

    Responsibilities:

    Plan, lead, and execute preventative maintenance (PM) according to schedule to minimize equipment downtime
    Complete reactive maintenance on production lines to recover from equipment failures by repairing mechanical, electrical, and structural components
    Complete machine tear down/repair and assembly and work on PLCs, VFDs, and electric motors
    Conduct creative problem solving to identify and perform equipment improvements
    Coach and develop operators and peers on basic maintenance concepts and optimal equipment settings
    Facilitate seamless handoffs and communicate key information to peers, team members, and factory leadership team.
    Participate in special project work on equipment upgrades or installations
    Provide break relief to production operators or team members as needed
    Operate a forklift as needed to complete duties

    Ability to weld and fabricate to ensure equipment functionality

    Qualifications:

    Successful completion of the Mechanical Aptitude Test during the interview process.

    High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent; technical training or certifications desired
    5+ years of preventive maintenance and repair experience in a high speed industrial manufacturing environment
    Strong knowledge of pneumatics, electrical systems, and hydraulics required, with water processing experience desired.
    Proficiency in reading mechanical drawings and OEM technical prints for parts identification
    Electrical knowledge of single and three-phase power, with the ability to diagnose and replace electrical motors.
    Desired experience in Programmable Logic Control (PLC)
    Experience with compressors, chillers, water treatment, and boiler maintenance.
    Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications; Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS), ERP systems, SAP system experience preferred
    Independent professional with strong problem-solving, decision-making, and coaching skills. Effective communicator capable of fostering team collaboration and managing projects with minimal supervision.
