    Base Salary: .$66,927- $80,425 This position is eligible for a 5% annual bonus.

    Location: Hybrid Role Tampa, FL

    Schedule: Monday- Friday 8:00AM-5:00PM

    Responsibilities

    Responsibilities:

    Analyze financial information and reports across the strategic business units, operations, and support functions to provide accurate and timely financial recommendations to management for decision-making purposesBe a key contributor to the Company’s financial reporting process including the development of the Company’s monthly reporting packages that includes variances to budget and prior year, as well as interim month reportingImprove the transparency, accuracy, and utility key performance metrics that will directly influence day-to-day operational and financial decisions to ensure goals are metPerform sensitivity and trend analysis to identify drivers and predictors of revenue growth and margin improvement and incorporate analysis into forecasting processes and toolsDrive continuous improvement via process enhancement and technology enablementSupport the Company’s planning processes, taking an active role in the validation of the budget and forecast data integrity within our financial systemsWork with business unit and functional leadership to drive forecasting acumen, accuracy, timing, and consistency of approachWork with functional leaders to assist in the management of the individual department budgetsSupport the company’s cash flow forecasting processSupport special projects and other various strategic initiatives, as neededCommunicate with co-workers, management, clients, and others in a courteous and professional mannerConfirm with and abide by all regulations, policies, work procedures, and instructions

    Qualifications

    Qualifications:

    Strong Excel modeling and PowerPoint SkillsStrong ability to identify and resolve data quality and system functionality issuesExcellent interpersonal skills to work with various groupsSolid knowledge of financial concepts and accounting principlesAbility to work in a fast-paced environment while also maintaining close attention to detailKnowledge of SAP or with other large ERP/Financial Systems is preferredBachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or a related field is required CPG experience a plusBanking or Private equity experience a plus
