- Commercial understanding of strategic category management.
- Strong negotiation skills, able to lead complex negotiations, manage the relationship and driving demanding service levels.
- Ability to work independently to identify and research relevant market, industry and supplier information.
- SAP experience highly preferred
- Experience in stakeholder management and the ability to influence senior management
- Proven track record in working collaboratively with different teams in complex organizations and supporting multiple sourcing initiatives.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Must have strong knowledge of Word, PowerPoint and Excel

Responsibilities: Support maintenance technicians with daily mechanical issues and serve as a backup as needed. Help build and maintain morale in the maintenance department and plant wide. Inspect equipment maintenance logbooks to ensure work is being properly recorded including signature. Communicate with all production leadmen and operators throughout the day to make sure they have proper support. Work with operators to assure they understand the mechanics of the machines and daily preventative maintenance required. Responsible for training new maintenance technicians. Communicate with the tank room employees each day to ensure all water processing equipment is in good condition (pumps, filters, UV lights, ozone generators, distillers, CIP equipment, etc.). Ensure the maintenance department is supporting the tank room as needed and work orders are issued when necessary. Monitor the ammonia chilling system and responsible for training other technicians in this area. Inspect lines for temporary repairs made by operators or maintenance technicians and issue work orders for permanent repair. Take the lead to organize and ensure complete equipment rebuilds are finished on time. Assist with new construction, new equipment installs and special projects. Serve as a back up to the maintenance manager in his absence. This will include reviewing and approving payroll each morning, supporting the night crews, attending meetings, communicate with plant manager regarding any mechanical or manning issues, assist with ordering and receiving parts, and contact outside support services when necessary. Qualifications: Previous experience working in maintenance related fields including general computer operated machines, industrial electrical and welding. Excellent organizational and verbal/written communication skills along with mechanical aptitude. Must be able to perform multi-task operations while maintaining exceptional performance. Must be detail oriented, a team leader, and teacher. Must be a self-starter with the ability to work in a team and independently to achieve team objectives including decision making and problem solving. Must have basic computer skills. Must have knowledge of recording and maintaining required reports (preventative maintenance logs, work orders, parts orders, etc.). Available and willing to work flexible shift's when necessary, in order to work on project/production requirements. Must be able to adapt to changing priorities and conditions.
