What You'll Do
As a Team Leader, you will motivate and coach your team of Sales Associates to provide an exceptional store environment and customer experience, while optimizing sales. Key Activities: Providing customers with an amazing experience in their purchasing process, setting up the shop floor, and working the registers for Sales Associates. Stocking merchandise with a stunning presentation of the store, pricing merchandise correctly, and operating fitting rooms and registers for Replenishment Assistants. Keeping the stockroom looking great and well organized, providing fabulous customer service, and ensuring all merchandise is received and packed away correctly for Stockroom Assistants.
