Position Summary
PrideStaff is seeking a detail-oriented, customer-focused Customer Service Representative for our manufacturing client, supporting our customers and internal teams. This position is responsible for processing customer orders, preparing commercial invoices and packing slips, providing order status updates, and ensuring excellent customer service through phone and email communication. The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, and able to work effectively with multiple departments in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This position is a full-time position in person at the Florham Park office.

About the Opportunity
PrideStaff has been retained by a property management company in Essex County to identify a dedicated Maintenance Technician for their team. This client specializes in affordable and low-income housing, providing essential homes for the community.
We are looking for a candidate who is "hands-on," thick-skinned, and takes pride in keeping buildings safe and functional. This is a Direct Hire position—meaning you will be employed directly by the property management company from day one, not our agency.
The Role
You will be responsible for the maintenance and repair of multiple residential buildings across Essex County. These properties are older and require a technician who can troubleshoot issues creatively and efficiently.
Unit Turnovers: Getting apartments ready for new move-ins (painting, patching walls, fixing flooring, checking appliances).Daily Repairs: responding to tenant work orders for plumbing (leaks, clogs), electrical (switches, outlets), and general hardware fixes.Building Upkeep: Ensuring hallways, entryways, and common areas are clean, safe, and free of debris.Inspections: Walking the properties to identify potential safety hazards or necessary repairs before they become emergencies.Tenant Relations: Communicating clearly and respectfully with a diverse group of residents.
Requirements
Bilingual (Spanish/English) is MANDATORY: You must be able to speak fluent Spanish to communicate with residents and staff.Vehicle Required: You must have a valid driver’s license and your own reliable car/truck to travel between buildings daily (Essex County area).Experience: 2-3+ years of maintenance, super, or handyman experience. Experience with Section 8 or older buildings is a plus.Tools: Must have your own basic hand tools (drills, wrenches, screwdrivers).Reliability: We need someone punctual who shows up ready to work.
Compensation & Benefits
