Key Responsibilities
Leadership & Staff Development
● Train, coach, and develop the retail team members
● Conduct regular performance coaching and provide ongoing feedback to store staff members

Sales & Customer Experience

● Monitor inventory levels and coordinate replenishment to minimize stock shortages and surpluses
Business Performance
● Help achieve departmental sales and profitability goals
● Monitor store sales
● Develop strategies to increase revenue, customer retention, and average transaction value
● Track sales trends and make merchandising or promotional improvements
Operations
● Oversee daily store operations, opening and closing procedures, and cash handling
● Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
● Coordinate with warehouse, service, and management teams to provide a seamless customer experience
