Job Summary:
The Phlebotomy - Phlebotomist II” serves as the face of the company, interacting directly with patients for routine health visits and critical health decisions. This role involves:
Drawing quality blood samples from patients and preparing specimens for laboratory testing.Ensuring safety, accuracy, and professionalism in every patient interaction.Creating an atmosphere of trust and confidence by clearly explaining procedures.Following established procedures, confidentiality policies, and process excellence standards.Working at doctor’s offices, patient service centers, or other locations based on business needs.Experience:
1-3 year of phlebotomy experience (including pediatric, geriatric, and capillary collections).2+ years in a Patient Service Center environment (Preferred).Customer service experience in a retail or service setting (Preferred).Keyboarding/data entry experience (Preferred).Equal Employment Opportunity
