Position overviewWe’re hiring an electrician who can primarily support commercial construction while assisting with residential installs and service calls as needed. This role is perfect for someone who likes variety, problem-solving, and working across multiple project types.
What you’ll take on Install and maintain electrical systems on commercial jobsExecute tenant build-outs, remodels, and ground-up constructionAssist with residential installations and service requestsTroubleshoot issues in both commercial and residential settingsInstall panels, lighting, feeders, branch circuits, and conduit (EMT, MC, rigid)Interpret and work from blueprints and electrical drawingsWork safely in accordance with NEC and local codesKeep jobsites organized and professionalCommunicate clearly with project managers and teammates What you bring 2+ years of electrical experienceCommercial background preferred (residential experience welcomed)Adaptable troubleshooter across different job environmentsStrong work ethic, dependable, and self-directedComfortable working independently and collaborativelyValid driver’s license Nice-to-have (not required) Conduit bending experienceService troubleshooting experienceGenerator or EV charger installation experienceOSHA 10 or OSHA 30 certificationLift certification Pay & benefits Starting at $27/hour+ (based on experience)Health, dental, and vision insurance401(k)Life insurancePaid time offSteady, year-round work Schedule & where you’ll work Full-timeTypical 8-hour shiftsMostly daytime hoursOccasional early start, night, or weekend work depending on project needsJobsites throughout North Georgia Why TEP Electric?
