Responsibilities
Prepare and present high-quality food items according to event specifications and menu requirements.Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and best practices in food handling.Set up and break down catering stations, including buffets and dining areas.Provide excellent customer service by engaging with guests, addressing their needs, and ensuring satisfaction throughout the event.Collaborate with event planners to understand client preferences and dietary restrictions.Assist in managing inventory, including ordering supplies and maintaining stock levels.Support bussing duties during events to ensure cleanliness and organization of dining areas.Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to health and safety guidelines.Requirements
