Prestige Technical is seeking an experienced individual to be a full-time member of our team that provides support to a training facility and an event planning group in Mason, OH. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for working with session leaders to prepare the event spaces for their upcoming meetings or training sessions. Each event held presents a different set of supply and room layout requirements that need to be prepared for and set up. You and the team you supervise will:
Understand in advance (working with Customer Success Lead) individual session needs to plan:
Food and Beverage requirementsRoom reservations and floor plan set-upsAct as liaison with session leaders to make sure everything needed is in place day of the session or meetingPrepare printing/supplies/prototyping carts logistics for teams as neededFulfill session attendee requests day of – active problem-solvingEarly morning open and prep for sessionsMeal set upEnsure specialty meals get to the correct attendeeKeep dining and catering kitchen space neat and cleanRun dishwasher as needed and put away items washedMake popcorn a few afternoons a week.
