Primary responsibilities include:
Direct and manage the daily activities of Technicians across multiple shiftsWork with operations, maintenance, and management to track, trend, report, and take effective corrective actions regarding equipment failuresImplement new methods and procedures designed to improve operations, minimize operating costs, and effect greater utilization of labor and materialsImplement training programs to improve work performanceParticipate in budgeting and capital projectsLead and facilitate continuous improvement teams
Qualifications
