Dispatch Supervisor - Customer Service Center 
Pay: $27/hr
Location: Dallas, TX 75246
Schedule: Tuesday – Saturday
Shift: 1:00 PM – 9:30 PM
We’re seeking an experienced and motivated Customer Service Center Supervisor to lead daily operations for a high-volume dispatch team. This role is responsible for managing staff performance, ensuring service quality, and driving operational excellence. The ideal candidate excels at multitasking, resolving escalations, and building a positive, collaborative team culture.
Oversee daily CSC operations including staffing, scheduling, and workflow management.
Monitor call volume, quality assurance, and productivity metrics.
Handle escalated and overflow calls as needed.
Manage attendance, hiring, and disciplinary matters.
Collaborate cross-functionally with departments and vendors to improve service delivery.
Provide regular coaching, mentoring, and performance feedback.
Prepare reports and track key performance indicators.
Assist in implementing new technology, processes, and service enhancements.
Proven managerial experience in a customer service or dispatch environment.
Strong leadership and coaching abilities.
Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written).
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and general computer applications.
Ability to interpret data and make informed operational decisions.
Skilled in conflict resolution and problem-solving.
Adaptable in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities.
