We are a commercial janitorial company that services the DFW, Houston, Austin, and San Antonio areas. We are looking to hire an Operations Manager for the Houston book of business.
Responsibilities:
- Developing a good relationship with Clients.
- Scheduled visits to each facility.
- Managing of Independent Contractors.
- Hiring, training, and monitoring of Independent Contractors.
- Valid State Driver’s License.
- Positive attitude and is willing to work with coworkers.
- Strong composition and oral communication skills.
- Experience in a management role is preferred.

Applicant needs to currently live or reside in Houston/ Houston Metro or be willing to relocate to Houston. A 90 day training will take place in Dallas. During this training period, lodging will be provide along with a stipend for food and fuel.

- Knowledge in Quickbooks, Excel, and Outlook
- Collections
- Invoicing/ Billing
- Data Entry in CRM System
- Data Processing
- Monthly Statement Processing
- File, Organize, and Maintain Files.
- Customer Service
- Must be motivated and willing to work with other departments for daily operations.
Qualifications
Experience with Quickbooks Online.
Must be motivated and willing to work with others and other departments to ensure smooth operations.
Proficient with Microsoft Excel.
Knowledge and understanding of the Accounts Payable Process.
Additional Responsibilities
Work with our Product supplier to ensure Customer Orders are being made and delivered.
