We provide a high level of service to our clients and take pride in creating a positive teaching environment for our team. We are looking for a reliable Landscape Maintenance Lead who enjoys physical work, takes pride in doing things right, and wants to grow long-term with a company that values positivity, integrity, and consistent quality.
The Landscape Maintenance Lead will help oversee and perform day-to-day landscape maintenance work while setting the standard for quality, reliability, and professionalism in the field. This position is hands-on and best suited for someone who enjoys outdoor work, can work in all kinds of weather, understands the importance of detail, and can help keep jobs moving efficiently while treating customers and team members with respect.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and participate in daily landscape maintenance workPerform mowing, edging, garden bed maintenance, pruning, cleanups, and general property careOperate lawn and landscape equipment safely and effectivelyIdentify weeds, plants, and proper maintenance needsMaintain quality standards and make sure work is completed correctly and efficientlyHelp train and support team members in a positive, professional mannerCommunicate clearly with customers and team membersWork independently when needed and stay self-motivated throughout the dayMaintain reliability, punctuality, and a strong work ethicFollow company safety policies and workplace standards.Qualifications
Landscape maintenance, landscape installation, lawn care, or related outdoor work experience preferredPrior experience leading crews or helping train team members is preferred.Knowledge of lawn equipment operation, garden bed maintenance, plants, weeds, and proper pruning is a plusAbility to lift at least 50 lbs. and perform physical work throughout the dayAbility to safely perform the physical requirements of the position, including walking, bending, lifting, reaching, operating equipment, and working outdoors in varying weather conditions. Strong attention to detail and pride in consistent, quality workPositive attitude, integrity, reliability, and willingness to learnComfortable working alone at times and staying self-motivatedMust have a valid Washington State driver's license and reliable transportationMust be authorized to work in the United States.Employment may be contingent upon successful completion of a background check and drug screening, where permitted by law.Pay and Benefits

The Landscape Install Foreman will oversee and execute day-to-day installation operations while setting the standard for quality, reliability, and professionalism on the job site. This is a hands-on leadership role best suited for someone who leads by example, works quickly, can adapt to changing weather conditions, and treats both customers and team members with respect.
Key Responsibilities
Lead & Execute: Oversee and actively participate in daily landscape installation projects from start to finish.Site Management: Coordinate site logistics, including loading and unloading materials, deliveries, and assisting skilled trades as needed.Equipment Operation: Safely operate machinery and landscape equipment, taking responsibility for daily maintenance and upkeep.Quality & Pace: Maintain high-quality standards while working quickly and efficiently to keep jobs moving on schedule.Safety First: Maintain a secure job site by proactively identifying and removing any hazards.Team Development: Help train and support team members in a positive, professional, and educational manner.Customer Relations: Communicate clearly and professionally with customers, ensuring excellent service even on rainy or challenging days.Independent Work: Stay self-motivated, organized, and capable of working independently when required.Qualifications
Experience: Minimum 4 years of Landscape Installation experience (Required).Work Ethic: A proven track record of daily reliability, punctuality, and the ability to quickly learn our methods.Physical Requirements: Ability to lift heavy materials, bend down, reach, walk at a brisk pace, and perform demanding physical labor throughout the day.Outdoor Conditions: Comfortable working outdoors in varying Washington weather conditions, including heavy rain.Requirements: Must have a valid Washington State driver's license and reliable transportation.Work Authorization: Must be a US citizen or legally authorized to work in the United States.Screening: Employment may be contingent upon successful completion of a background check and drug screening (we are a strict drug-free workplace).Pay, Benefits & Schedule
