Respond promptly and professionally to incoming quote requests through the company quoting systemProvide accurate pricing based on vehicle type, trip details, and service requirementsFollow up on outstanding quotes to convert opportunities into confirmed bookingsIdentify upsell and cross sell opportunities across Premier's mixed fleet based on client needsReservations and Trip Coordination
Enter and manage reservations accurately in the reservation systemConfirm trip details with clients, including pickup times, locations, vehicle assignments, and special requestsCoordinate with dispatch and operations to ensure trip details are communicated clearly and executed without issuesProcess changes, cancellations, and rebookings in line with company policyAccount Management
