Position Overview
We are seeking a motivated Heavy Equipment Operator to join our team. This role is hands-on and requires flexibility, problem-solving, and the ability to work in challenging conditions. The operator will not only handle heavy machinery but also assist with daily field tasks, equipment transport, and utility support work.
Key Responsibilities
Operate and maintain heavy equipment including directional drills and hydro-vac.Train and operate as a locator for directional drilling projects, requiring use of algebra in day-to-day tasks.Perform manual labor as needed, including shoveling, setting ground boxes, and running duct banks.Assist the Utilities (UT) Department with shutdowns, pulling wire, and installing in-ground concrete boxes.Transport equipment safely between job sites (using company truck truck remains at the shop).Ensure safety procedures and company policies are followed at all times.Commit to working long hours when required, especially during drilling operations that must be completed without interruption.Preferred Qualifications & Skills
Valid drivers license (must be able to drive company truck, but truck is not taken home).Class A CDL strongly preferred.Strong common sense and ability to learn locator operations for directional drilling.Basic algebra skills (required for locator role).Willingness to perform tasks beyond equipment operation, including hydro-vac and muddy site work.Dependability and flexibility with work hours.Previous experience in utilities, construction, or heavy equipment operation is a plus.What We Offer

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Quality Control Engineer to oversee quality assurance and control processes for electrical, HVAC, and plumbing construction projects. This position is responsible for ensuring all work meets company standards, project specifications, safety requirements, and applicable codes while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction and operational excellence.
POSITION OVERVIEW
The Quality Control Engineer will work closely with project managers, field supervisors, foremen, subcontractors, and clients to ensure projects are completed correctly, efficiently, and in compliance with all contractual and regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities
Quality Assurance & Inspections
Conduct field inspections for electrical, HVAC, and plumbing installations.
Verify workmanship complies with project drawings, specifications, and local/state codes.
Develop and implement quality control procedures and standards.
Perform punch list inspections and monitor corrective actions.
Maintain quality documentation, reports, and inspection records.
Coordinate testing and commissioning activities.
Project Support
Collaborate with project managers and field leadership throughout project lifecycle.
Review plans, specifications, and submittals for quality and constructability concerns.
Identify deficiencies and recommend corrective solutions.
Assist with project closeout documentation and owner turnover packages.
Compliance & Safety
Ensure compliance with OSHA standards and company safety policies.
Monitor adherence to NEC, IPC, IMC, and other applicable codes and standards.
Participate in safety meetings and jobsite audits.
Support continuous improvement initiatives related to quality and safety.
Training & Process Improvement
Assist in training field personnel on quality standards and installation best practices.
Help develop standard operating procedures and quality checklists.
Analyze recurring issues and recommend process improvements.
Promote a culture of craftsmanship, accountability, and continuous improvement.
Qualifications
Bachelors -Engineering, Construction Management, or related field preferred.Minimum 35 years of experience in electrical, HVAC, plumbing, or commercial construction.Strong understanding of construction drawings, specifications, and code requirements.Knowledge of NEC, plumbing, and mechanical codes.Experience conducting inspections and quality audits.Excellent communication and organizational skills.Ability to work independently and collaboratively in fast-paced environments.Proficient in Microsoft Office and construction management software.Preferred Qualifications

Summary of Duties
The Commercial Plumber is responsible for assisting with the inspection, installation, scheduling, calibrating, testing and repairs & maintenance of all plumbing systems including natural gas, portable or fixed gas tanks and fuel oil systems, fire protection systems, sewage systems, drains/gutters, piping, grease traps, bathroom toilet fixtures and pumping equipment for the interior and exterior of the job. The position requires supervising plumbing staff, and plumbing projects to include procurement of equipment, supplies and materials. The Lead Plumber provides technical assistance to the jobs functional spaces, shops, and departments. Coordinates facilities management efforts and responds to plumbing, potable hot and cold-water, demand and sustainable water conservation needs.
Preferred Qualifications
Licensed with knowledge of local plumbing codes and ability to make on-the-job applications.
High School Diploma or General Education Development (GED)
Valid Drivers License to include active liability insurance
Successful completion of required criminal record and motor vehicle record background checks
Ability to pass a drug screening

Technicians in this role will be responsible for running and installing duct systems, brazing and soldering copper lines, setting equipment, and ensuring all systems are installed to meet code and manufacturer specifications.
