Job Title: Ordering Specialist

Salary Range: $40,000 – $45,000 (Salary)
Position Overview
The Ordering Specialist is responsible for executing and managing job-related purchase orders across multiple ordering platforms to support Premier Home Pros’ fast-paced operations. This role plays a critical part in ensuring all materials required for customer jobs are ordered accurately, on time, and in alignment with company standards.
Working within the Supply Chain team, the Ordering Specialist will collaborate closely with internal departments, vendors, and field teams to drive ordering accuracy, maintain continuity, and support overall operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
Process and submit job build orders across multiple ordering systems and vendor platformsEnsure all required materials for each job are ordered accurately and in a timely mannerReview job details, specifications, and scope to confirm correct product selectionCommunicate order status updates to internal teams and respond to inquiries from the fieldCoordinate with vendors to confirm order placement, availability, and delivery timelinesIdentify and resolve ordering discrepancies, backorders, or product issues proactivelyMaintain organized records of orders, confirmations, and tracking informationAssist with consumable ordering and replenishment as neededSupport continuous improvement of ordering workflows and processesQualifications
1–3 years of experience in purchasing, ordering, supply chain, or administrative operations preferredStrong attention to detail and ability to manage high-volume order processingComfortable working across multiple systems and platforms simultaneouslyExcellent communication and organizational skillsAbility to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environmentProficiency in Microsoft Excel and general computer systemsSelf-motivated with the ability to work independently in a remote settingSuccess Metrics

The Kitting & Assembly Warehouse Associate supports daily warehouse operations by assembling product kits, preparing components for shipment or production, and assisting with inventory and material handling tasks. This role requires attention to detail, flexibility, and a willingness to support multiple warehouse functions as business needs evolve.
Key ResponsibilitiesAssemble product kits and component sets according to work instructions or bills of materials
Verify correct components, quantities, and configurations during kitting and assembly
Label, package, and stage completed kits for storage or shipment
Pull, stage, and prepare orders to support shipping operations
Stock and put away inventory following established location and slotting guidelines
Assist with unloading inbound trailers or containers as needed
Perform basic quality checks on components and finished kits
Maintain clean, organized, and safe work areas
Equipment & Tools UsedHand tools and assembly fixtures (as required)
Warehouse Management System (WMS) or pick lists
Pallet jacks and hand trucks
Forklifts or reach trucks (certification required)
Packing materials and labeling equipment
Safety ResponsibilitiesFollow all warehouse safety policies and PPE requirements
Use proper lifting and ergonomic techniques
Immediately report damaged equipment, unsafe conditions, or quality concerns
QualificationsHigh school diploma or equivalent preferred
Previous warehouse, assembly, or kitting experience preferred
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow written instructions
Flexible and willing to assist across multiple warehouse functions
