We are currently seeking an experienced Dental Front Desk Coordinator to join our growing team. The ideal candidate is professional, personable, organized, and passionate about delivering outstanding customer service.
Position Overview
As the first point of contact for our patients, the Dental Front Desk Coordinator is responsible for creating a welcoming and seamless patient experience while managing the day-to-day administrative functions of the practice.
Requirements
Minimum of 2 years of dental front office experience requiredStrong understanding of dental insurance verification and benefit breakdownsExcellent communication and customer service skillsStrong organizational and multitasking abilitiesAbility to work efficiently in a fast-paced environmentExperience with dental practice management software preferredProfessional appearance and positive attitude
Responsibilities
Answer incoming phone calls professionally and courteouslySchedule, confirm, and coordinate patient appointmentsGreet patients and provide an exceptional experience from check-in to check-outVerify dental insurance eligibility and obtain detailed benefit breakdownsExplain insurance coverage and patient financial responsibilitiesMaintain accurate patient records and documentationCoordinate treatment schedules with clinical team membersFollow up with patients regarding appointments and treatment recommendationsAssist in managing daily office flow and administrative tasksHelp foster a positive and welcoming office environment

pay range: $18-22 per hour. 33-40 hours per week.
