At Premier Community Bank, we're looking for a Deposit Operations Specialist to join our Shawano team. If you've worked in banking, financial services, tech support, or another role where accuracy, service, and technology come together, we'd love to hear from you!

    In this role, you'll support our back-office banking operations by managing key functions that keep our systems running smoothly. Whether you're processing ACH files or helping a customer navigate online banking, you'll play an essential part in delivering the reliable service our customers count on.

    Key Responsibilities:

    Report processing, including email notifications, item reviews, and account deposits with accuracy and detailRespond to various channels of customer requestsAssist customers with online banking needsDebit card maintenanceReview and validate new account openings and documentationSupport fraud prevention through account monitoring tasksParticipate in testing, upgrades, and rollout of deposit system changesCollaborate with IT, Retail, and Compliance for seamless service deliveryWire processing

    Skills for Success:

    Experience in financial services, banking, or another detail-oriented, tech-savvy rolePrior ACH or check processing experience is preferred, but not requiredComfort using online systems, mobile tools, and multiple computer programs at onceA service-first mindset and strong communication skillsCuriosity, accuracy, and a willingness to learn

    Are you detail-oriented, customer-focused, and interested in building a career in commercial banking? Premier Community Bank is looking for a Commercial Loan Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you'll support our commercial lending staff by assisting with loan documentation and closings, maintaining loan files, and providing excellent service to both new and existing customers. This position plays a key role in ensuring a smooth lending process while helping support and grow our commercial loan portfolio. This position will be trained in our Marion branch.

    What You'll Do:

    Assist Commercial Loan Officers with preparing loan files, including applications, credit requests, and supporting documentation.Serve as a primary point of contact for borrower inquiries related to loan documentation and loan status.Organize loan documentation packets for closing and ensure all required conditions are satisfied prior to funding.Coordinate loan closings with borrowers, attorneys, title companies, and internal staff.Assist with post‑closing review to confirm documents are properly executed, recorded, scanned, and audit‑ready.Assist with loan renewals, modifications, extensions, and annual reviews.

    Skills for Success:

    High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor's degree in business, finance, or a related field preferred.3 years of experience in banking or loan operations support required.Experience in a relationship-focused lending environment preferred.Must have working knowledge of commercial loan documentation and terminology.Experience with core banking and loan documentation systems preferred.Familiarity with commercial credit underwriting and loan lifecycle processes preferred.Understanding of collateral types, UCC filings, and insurance requirements preferred.Strong written and verbal communication skills with a customer-focused, professional, and courteous demeanor.Proficiency in Microsoft 365 applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, SharePoint/OneDrive).
