    Position Overview:

    A Warehouse Associate at Pref-Tech is responsible for overseeing all inbound and outbound shipments to their assigned location, for ensuring those shipments are accurate and have correct documentation, for keeping purchasing costs competitive/market by coordinating with their manager and internally in the company/externally by vendor reviews. Our Warehouse Associate works to maintain facilities including the performance of all daily and weekly needs of their assigned office, asset management and to ensure that all company property is accounted for, taken care of, and is in operable condition. Assistance in fleet maintenance will be required on an undefined basis. This position requires a highly motivated individual with a superior work ethic and professionalism who is committed to delivering the highest quality work product and results. Most work required will be in the Dallas area with occasional travel to Houston, Austin or other parts of Texas.


    Key Responsibilities:

    Receiving incoming shipments of material(s) from vendor(s).

    Reconciling shipment quantities against their associated packing slip, purchase order and ensuring there is no damage.

    Assigning job designation labels to materials and organizing those materials in designated project storage areas.

    Maintaining a clean, organized warehouse space.

    Assisting project teams with storage and retrieval of material for deployment to job sites.

    Assist project teams with material returns.

    Able to operate a forklift competently, effectively and as intended.

    Able to perform shipping and receiving functions with third party vendors as needed/requested/required (i.e., FedEx, USPS, UPS, etc.).

    Coordinating and managing vendors for routine maintenance and repairs for facility needs if unable to complete personally.

    Procure and replenish all office supplies across the Houston offices.

    Assist with fleets needs when necessary.


    Required Qualifications:

    High School diploma or equivalent.

    Display a positive attitude to fellow team members and clients.

    Willingness and ability to be a team player.

    Ability to lift between 50 75 lbs unassisted.

    Ability to read, analyze, and interpret shipping and receiving documentation.

    Ability to focus and complete assigned tasks and prioritize when given multiple tasks.

    Organizational, analytical, and detail-oriented abilities.

    Ability to thrive in a fast paced, time sensitive environment.

    Strong communication skills, attention to detail and follow through.

    Must possess the ability to identify missing or back ordered materials, effectively present information and respond to questions from supervisors and vendors.

    Must be fluent in all applications contained in the Microsoft Office Business Suite (Word, Excel, Access, Power Point and Outlook).

    At least 2 or more years of relevant experience.

    Familiarity with shipping platforms such as FedEx and UPS.

    Must be at least 21 years old


    Preferred Qualifications:

    Familiarity with Microsoft Dynamics D365

    Experience with backorders

    Ability to communicate effectively with vendors

    Position Overview:



    The Learning Coordinator is responsible for coordinating training programs, managing learning systems, and ensuring accurate tracking of training, competency, and certification data across the organization.

    This role serves as a central point of coordination between employees, trainers, internal departments, and external partners while also owning the administration and optimization of the Learning Management System (LMS).

    The Learning Coordinator ensures that:

    Key Responsibilities:

    Training Program & Event Coordination

    Coordinate logistics for training programs, onboarding, workshops, and events (scheduling, facilities, materials, equipment)Manage participant registration, enrollment, scheduling, and communications across all training activitiesMaintain the SIA training calendar with clear visibility across teams and locationsEnsure alignment between course readiness, scheduling, and delivery

    Communications & Stakeholder Coordination

    Coordinate and distribute training communications (announcements, schedules, reminders, updates)Serve as the primary point of coordination between instructors, leadership, HR, and external partnersManage communication channels (SharePoint, Teams, Engage, email) to ensure clear and timely informationMaintain consistent messaging aligned with company and SIA objectives

    LMS Administration & System Management

    Administer and maintain the Learning Management System (LMS), including user access, course setup, and learning pathsEnsure LMS structure is organized, up to date, and aligned with training programsAssign training programs, courses, and learning paths by role and development needsTroubleshoot system issues and coordinate resolutions with vendors or internal teams

    Training Records & Data Management

    Maintain accurate records of training, attendance, certifications, and competency progressEnsure data integrity across LMS and competency tracking systemsManage documentation of training evidence and employee development progressSupport onboarding and required training assignments in coordination with HR and leadership

    Reporting & Program Support

    Generate reports on training participation, completion, certifications, and competency progressProvide data to support program evaluation, planning, and decision-makingTrack training costs and assist with budget coordinationSupport audits, reporting requests, and documentation of training processes

    External Partner & Vendor Coordination

    Operational & Continuous Improvement Support

    Required Qualifications:

    57 years of experience in training coordination, administration, or LMS supportExperience administering or supporting an LMS (user management, course setup, enrollments)Strong organizational, coordination, and time management skillsExcellent written and verbal communication skillsStrong attention to detail with a focus on data accuracy and consistencyProficiency in Microsoft 365 tools (Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, Excel, PowerPoint)Ability to work cross-functionally across multiple departments and stakeholders



    Preferred Qualifications:
