Automotive Technician / Mechanic
We're seeking a skilled, motivated mechanic to join our professional service team. If you enjoy diagnosing complex vehicle issues, working with the latest diagnostic equipment, and repairing a wide range of vehicles, we'd love to hear from you.
You'll work on domestic and import vehicles, including GM, Ford, Mercedes-Benz, diesel engines, and other makes and models, in a fast-paced, team-oriented shop that is committed to quality workmanship and exceptional customer service.
What You'll Do
Diagnose mechanical and electrical issues using advanced diagnostic equipment and computerized systems.Repair and maintain gasoline and diesel engines, powertrains, transmissions, steering, suspension, and braking systems.Perform wheel alignments and suspension repairs to ensure safe vehicle operation.Read and interpret wiring diagrams, schematics, and technical service information to troubleshoot electrical concerns.Complete routine maintenance services, including oil changes, brake service, tire rotations, fluid exchanges, and preventative maintenance.Operate hand tools, power tools, welding equipment, and shop equipment safely and efficiently.Perform quality inspections to ensure repairs meet manufacturer and company standards.Maintain accurate repair documentation and communicate findings clearly with the service team.
What We're Looking For
Experience servicing light-, medium-, and heavy-duty vehicles preferred.Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills for mechanical and electrical systems.Experience working with gasoline and diesel engines.Knowledge of powertrain, transmission, steering, suspension, and brake systems.Ability to read and interpret wiring diagrams, schematics, and repair manuals.Proficiency with diagnostic software, hand tools, power tools, and shop equipment.Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and commitment to delivering quality repairs.Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with the team.
