Position: Dental Treatment Coordinator
Location: Indianapolis, IN 46268
Schedule: Monday/Thursday 8 AM – 5 PM, Tuesday 7 AM- 7 PM, Wednesday 8AM - 7PM, 2nd and 4th Saturday of the month 8AM-2PM
Are you passionate about dentistry and helping patients achieve healthy, beautiful smiles? We are seeking a dedicated, caring, and motivated Dental Treatment Coordinator to join our growing dental practice. In this full-time role, you will play a key part in both coordinating treatment plans and providing hands-on assistance in patient care.
Key responsibilities:
· Propose and educate patients on recommended dental treatments, explaining the benefits about their proposed treatments.
· Arrange financial agreements and payment plans that align with patients’ needs and practice policies
· Schedule and confirm appointments to ensure smooth patient flow
· Work closely with the clinical team to ensure all patients needs are met efficiently and with care
· Provide clear and compassionate communication, educating patients on their dental health and available treatment options

· Bilingual (Preferred)- Ability to communicate in both English and Spanish is a plus!
Qualifications:
· Experience in a dental office or medical setting is highly preferred
· Strong understanding of dental procedures and terminology
· Ability to manage financial discussions and create customized payment plans
· Comfortable with scheduling and performing administrative tasks in a fast-paced environment
· Experience with Eaglesoft preferred
