Precision Industrial is seeking an experienced and driven Project Manager - Engineering to join our growing team. This role combines technical engineering expertise with project management leadership to oversee industrial construction and mechanical engineering projects from concept through completion. The ideal candidate will possess strong engineering knowledge, construction management experience, and the ability to lead cross-functional teams in a fast-paced industrial environment.
The Project Manager - Engineering will be responsible for planning, coordinating, designing, budgeting, and managing projects while maintaining strong communication with clients, vendors, field teams, and leadership. This position plays a critical role in ensuring projects are completed safely, efficiently, on schedule, and within budget.
Primary Responsibilities:
Manage industrial construction and mechanical engineering projects from initial planning through final completionReview owner plans, specifications, and contract documents to develop comprehensive project scopes and execution plansCoordinate project scheduling, procurement, budgeting, and resource allocationDesign, develop, and review mechanical systems, layouts, and production processesReview and verify project drawings, submittals, shop drawings, RFIs, and change orders for accuracy and complianceDevelop and implement process improvements to maximize efficiency and reduce wasteConduct site investigations and evaluate project conditions prior to project executionMonitor project progress, costs, schedules, and quality standards throughout all phases of constructionCollaborate with clients, vendors, engineers, field personnel, and leadership teams to ensure successful project executionPrepare material and equipment lists, cost analyses, estimates, and purchase ordersAssist with estimating and proposal development for upcoming projectsTroubleshoot technical and operational issues while providing effective solutionsEnsure compliance with company safety standards, engineering standards, and industry regulationsProvide technical guidance, leadership, mentoring, and support to engineers, project teams, and field personnelMaintain strong client relationships and provide excellent customer service throughout project lifecyclesStay current with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practicesQualifications, Education, and Experience:
Bachelors degree in Mechanical Engineering, Construction Management, Industrial Engineering, or related field preferredMinimum of 510 years of experience in industrial construction, mechanical engineering, or project managementExperience in heavy industrial environments preferred, including pulp & paper, corrugated, food processing, or manufacturing industriesStrong understanding of mechanical systems, rotating equipment, piping, instrumentation, and industrial processesProficiency in CAD software such as AutoCAD, Inventor, or SolidWorks preferredStrong working knowledge of Procore and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint)Excellent leadership, communication, organizational, and problem-solving skillsAbility to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneouslyStrong attention to detail with exceptional analytical and decision-making abilitiesAbility to travel as needed for project support and site visitsAbility to work from headquarters in Woodland, WABenefits:

Washington/Oregon Journeyman Industrial Electrician (you must have a current WA or OR JM License)
Duties and Responsibilities:
Responsible for installing or removing electrical equipment, industrial motors, fans, industrial equipmentKnowledge of working with packaging equipment, roofing equipment, paper mill equipment.Knowledge of helping with check out / startup of equipment.Knowledge of the utilization of every tool used in installation of electrical equipment.Wire machines and electrical panels in line with prints or notes taken.Troubleshooting: identify a problem and corrections.Knowledge of blueprints schematics.Use an array of tools, diagnostic meters to service and install electrical components.Qualifications, Education, and Experience:
